HANA at The Cove | Anjunadeep Explorations 2023

Last December, I played at Stereobar in my hometown Montreal… in the middle of my set someone threw $100 on the decks, gave me a thumbs up, and just disappeared in the crowd. 😂 I’ve never experienced this before and DJs don’t usually receive tips but not complaining and shoutout to you if you’re reading this, you made my night!

That gig was so so special and I decided to record my set. Just posted the second part of the set. We kept the crowd's sound so that somehow you can feel a bit of that magic vibe.

Bamboo's Enchanted Forest (Hypnotic Melodic House & Techno set)

Familiar Forest is all about exploring, getting lost and being amazed along the way. I did all of the above at their beautiful festival a couple of weeks ago, but I also played a set that at least made me very happy.

I got the opportunity to turn the small basement into a sweaty rave bunker in the middle of the Saturday night, which gave me the chance to blend together a lot of tracks I don’t combine in one set very often. And girl did I love that 😍

Let’s call it tribal deephouse with a dirty hip hop twist, or come up with a better name after listening to it. Thanks FFF for having me ❤️

I waited so long to release this song and it’s out today! „Azur“ feat. the beautiful vocals by berlin-based @johanson_official is my personal manifestation of positivity, adventures and friendships. Spending time on the Canary Islands after the pandemic, soaking up the sea, clear blue sky and the pure sun made me feel so much better and this track is the result of it. Hope you enjoy! The end of 2024 saw Sinca reach new creative heights, beginning with her debut on Bedrock Records via a remix of John Digweed and Nick Muir’s iconic ‘Santiago’. Her year was a whirlwind of unforgettable performances at renowned All Day I Dream showcases in New York and Ibiza, as well as gigs in Miami, Toronto, Berlin, Paris, and San Diego. Sinca’s festival appearances included Coachella on the DoLab Stage, Anjunadeep Explorations in Albania, Osheaga Festival in Montreal, Sziget Festival in Hungary, Beyond The Pines Festival in Minnesota, M DGTL in Quebec, and a memorable set at Burning Man. 

Capping off a stellar year, Sinca was recognized in 1001 Tracklists’ The Future of Dance 2024 feature and played alongside legends Guy J and Henry Saiz during Bedrock’s ADE showcase. She also served as a judge at the Demolition XXVII panel, showcasing her expertise and dedication to the craft.

Music has the power to unite, uplift & spread messages across like no other language can. Since I absolutely love music, DJ'ing is one of the ways I intend to uplift, energize & spread love, connecting to hearts all around the world.

'Agapi' - my 3rd name - comes from the ancient Greek word ἀγάπη (agápē), and is said to be "the highest form of love". Also commonly referred to as "Universal Love". If there's one thing the world can benefit from having more of, it's LOVE right?

Happy to share my sets with you. I hope that by the end of a set you'll feel like you've been taken on an exciting adventure, leaving you energized and fulfilled. 

Most of my sets will be deep-melodic-progressive house & techno. Occasionally I'll dive into a different genre and/or mix several genres together (#whynot?!).
