“This set was really special for us, as to be asked to play for a label like Bedrock this early in our careers is always going to be a big deal! It brings our typical blend of melody and groove - the Studio 338 terrace is such an inspiring place to play anyways with the afternoon sun streaming through the glass roof, and the room gradually filled up as people arrived so the tracks build up in energy level throughout the mix. In the world of electronic music, Alan Bremner is an unsung hero. For almost 3 decades he has selflessly left his mark on countless musical works, all without fanfare or agenda. From his early career as an engineer at Trevor Horn’s legendary Sarm Studios, through his time as a member of the award winning Brothers In Rhythm production team and as the studio mastermind behind more dance music mix compilations than he cares to mention, the likes of Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears, Placebo, Garbage, Take That, Ministry of Sound and Global Underground have all benefitted from Bremner’s deft touch. A stamp that, to this day, stands for the importance of attention to detail and an assurance of premium quality.
