Julie Petrecca was born in 1981 in Montréal. She was introduced to music in her childhood, as she basically grew up in the recording studio owned by her father, who transmitted his passion and interest for the world of music to his daughter.

In her late teens, she discovered electronic music and her passion for music grew even more. Through those years of musical culture and the well-kept connection to this particular universe, Julie's taste developed in several categories of electronic music from underground deep house, funky house, jackin, electronica, organic house, progressive house, melodic house & techno, techno, hard techno, tech house and atmospheric DnB ... nevertheless Julie prefers the underground sounds ;)

From February 2015, Julie has hosted her own weekly show ‘’The So What! Radioshow’’ presenting DJs and DJ/producers from all around the world. She’s also involved in her family radio, “Radio Webphré”.

Maceo Plex is an expert in deep house and electro. He has been working the circuit since 2001 and over the past ten years he has gone from a simple DJ to a high quality performer. He has an unteachable high proficiency when it comes to music and mixing live which has seen his reputation flourish on the circuit amongst fans and critics.

He is now highly recommended so every crowd seems to be getting bigger and bigger especially when he stops off at the likes of the Parklife and Ultra Music Festival. The tents get packed to the rafters and everybody shares the mentality that they are there to have one hell of a party. For over an hour Maceo provides the soundtrack with original mixes worked within remixes for the likes of Röyksopp and more. The crowd does not stand still for a second and the roars echo around the tent as real celebration of this talented DJ.

As he averages adolescence, he fanatically discovers electronic sounds. After listening, dancing and vibrating with the beats of electronic music, he decided to insert himself fully into the universe of the trays back in his very young ages. His passion for music has lead him to start creating his own productions, where he is looking to continue to develop his unique sound. So you can listen his first EP ''Senses'' on his Soundcloud page or on Beatport.

His sound incorporates warm, beautiful melodies, groovy basslines, and more than a touch of class. He seeks to touch the hearts and minds of dancers with improvisations based on their set, setting and atmosphere. Be on the look out for his future releases as they are packed with grooves and uplifting sounds, designed for the dancefloor and more.

On his podcasts on Soundcloud you can see that VLKN is a storyteller, but the story is in the form of music. You can feel the book changing pages and the bpm getting on the dance floor. There is a happing ending and all that, so the desire to hear her playing more and more is absolute.
