Quick recording of me playing Joe Satriani's Solitude. Taken from his album Black Swans And Wormhole Wizards (his best in years imo)

It's really nice, simple piece in drop D (well that's how I learned it anyhoo). Used my Fender USA Strat on neck P/U through my ye olde Line 6 POD on Black Panel (Drive-4, Bass- 7, Mid- 7, Treble- 3, Reverb- 5) with the effects set to Compressor (Effect Tweak- 7). I used the 2nd 4x12 speaker emulator.

I triple-tracked the recording with the main track dead centre plus a little extra reverb and delay, then a track left & right (not hard left or right but about 80%)
