These same laws form the foundation and guiding principle for Adda-Nari, a four piece post-metal band from Coventry/UK.

Inspired by the vision and uncompromising purity of founding bands of the genre such as Neurosis and Cult Of Luna; as well as outside influences ranging from Tool to Black Sabbath, and everything in between. Adda-Nari strives to create dark, intense and equally beautiful musical pieces, developing recurring aural patterns of light and shade, decline and regrowth. 

Adda-Nari have recorded their debut album 'Turn and face the void', a raw first glimpse of what is to come. The album also sets the scene for a live show, which acknowledges the importance of balancing crushing intensity, with controlled tranquility and acts as a shared cathartic release for the band's members.

This is a retrospective page for former Coventry band Mommas In The Kitchen, affectionately "The Mommas" or "MiTK". The Mommas split a few years ago, but all of the recorded music we produced during those years we were together have been collected on here for those interested.
