Here is a collection of songs I've written that don't fit in my rock band collection.  These are mostly acoustic songs of folk, pop, and Bossa Nova (some just with guitar and some with backing instruments also), but also one Dance Rock song (Not Your Biz) and the 4 last ones are rap. Growing up in Kansas City Missouri, Soul of Orion witnessed several people chasing there dreams and not succeeding, from an early age he engulfed himself and several different arts ranging from photography to script writing and most importantly music production.

Soul of Orion is a multi-genre producer. With intense drum grooves and sounds crafted from pure imagination, his goal is not to imitate but to innovate.

My name is Nathan. I play guitar... yes, just like every other person on earth it seems, but I like to think that I put together some music that is more original than not. I hope to never replicate what has already been done, as that defies the purpose of inspirational artistry. I wasn't even into music until I went to grad school, when something in my head clicked. I'm not trying to be something I'm not - let my hard work speak for itself. I care what people think about my music, but ultimately, I make it for myself. I would love for others to enjoy it as well, but some won't, and I'm fine with that. I have been working on this project for the good part of two years now (in almost total secrecy), even though now I am only finishing up some of the demos. I believe that these songs are never going to be 'finished,' rather they will be 'abandoned' because I can only take them so far before I go insane. I have no fancy production suite or studio, but I do the best with my imagination and what I have. The following music is what ensued.
