Here's my recording from NYX Festival - This was my first time using just a Push 3 (and a Novation Launch Control XL) - I still have a lot to learn, but playing without a Laptop was such a great experience! I was going to say make sure you grab your early bird tickets for next year, but they sold out in a day.

älaskår. is a Naarm (Melbourne) based emerging Australian DJ. 

This project explores a diverse range of genres including ambient IDM, deep hypnotic techno, dark progressive psytrance and techno, IDB, tribal, and downtempo with a focus on progressive, atmospheric and hypnotic soundscapes that are intentionally woven together to produce a mellifluous journey for the listener. 

älaskår. often ventures through a blend of BPM to find a flow of organic atmosphere and the driving force of a bass line to invite her audience to discover their own groove within it’s rhythm. The projects vision is inspired by the magick of Alaska’s natural landscapes. 

Her passion for Zenon Records, Hypnus Records, Ultimae Records, Synaesthetics Records, Konstrukt Records, KVLTÖ Records and sounds alike drive them to search, collate and create immersive, sensory experiences.
