Internet Folklore

Normal Men is mostly about things like toxic masculinity and how society looks on men, while also sort of making fun of the idea as a whole. It's a lot of weird pressure to fit this mold of what a man really is, but of course its always
done in bad faith. The song also highlights things like the climate crisis and grappling with sexuality a little, but it's not much of a major theme as it does play into what a "man" really is. The song took a really long time to get right for whatever reason but I think it got there in the end!
