Albedo were a guitar based rock/pop band based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, UK during the late 1990s - from January 1997 until June 1998 to be exact. The band was formed by Graham and Martin from Shnaffel (https://soundcloud.com/shnaffel), who had been joined by Alf after an advert in the Melody Maker - does anyone still do that?

After Steve joined on the bass, we used to gig around north Kent and in London - wherever we could play. We had a brief flirtation with a couple of independent record companies, but nothing ever came of it, which was a shame as we had another few good songs besides the ones on here.

All the tracks here were recorded at The Granary studio near Lamberhurst. Kent.
