Retrograde I is the first part of an Ambient/Idm inspired project that takes influences from a number of the usual suspects (Boards Of Canada, Aphex Twin, Autechre) and turns them into new tunes. Part I was mostly composed and played with modular synths and smashed through all manner of physical tape to get some saturated sonic muck.

My latest entry to the FB Composer Movie Character Challenge #23 - The Theme for Mad Max (aka Max Rockatansky)

I've composed a theme music for the Mad Max character. As an introduction, I wanted to induce a brief mental image into the audiences' heads as per horror of a nuclear holocaust. The rest of the score shall reflect the brutality and heroism of Max as he roamed aimlessly in the wasteland.  He became a titular hero in all the encounters of various pockets of desperately surviving civilizations.

A composer who does not know how to read & write note music, nor to play any musical instrument.  Thanks to modern technology though, I've found the midi tools & VST Instruments to transfer the music from my busy head to actual audible tunes.
