A Sunday afternoon delight from two of techno's most beloved heavy-hitters arrives exclusively on our Soundcloud.

Berlin techno viking and founder of Dystopian Records Rødhåd and the young, accomplished and Mote-Evolver regular Rene Wise have released their 4 hour set recording from March 2023, a huge B2B session that saw the pair delve in and out of eachother’s company for our last Continuum party. They played an extended set during the final Continuum 24+hour party of the season this Spring. 

The session, which started at 4pm as the tail end of the afternoon drew in and went on til 8pm ahead of a closing set from Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann, proved to be one of our highlights from the event. It's a real treat to be able to share the full recording; smashers from the get-go that takes us through the hard and heavy, to the atmospheric and energetic.

Lock in below and transport to the incomparable energy of Room 1 on a Sunday afternoon. Sometimes, we reckon, there's no place like it.

2 years after a memorable remix contest of Shlømo’s track Vertigo, the « Chineurs de Techno » Facebook group comes back with another Various Artists charity compilation.

This time, it is Hadone that submitted to our group’s members creativity his 2019 Taapion Records hit « How To Fake Success ». This generous initiative led to an over 600 submissions remix contest, out of which 17 tracks rose above all others !

Jury of the contest, made of Hadone and Chineurs de Techno’s administrators, is therefore super proud to present to you the winners of this remix contest. From the raviest techno and mental electro to more jungle and breakbeat influenced bangers, we hope this compilation’s musical diversity will please you as much as it pleases us.

This compilation is digital only and is now up for sale on Bandcamp. All proceeds will go directly to the French charity organization « Fondation des Femmes », an NGO that gathers funds and reallocates them to several organizations specialized in the defense of women’s rights and the fight against violence towards women.

Born and raised in Berlin, DJ & Producer ALBERTY spent his teens obsessed with Hip Hop and later got into electronic music via the Berlin club culture and as if by osmosis began DJ'ing, producing and event organising. Through this, Entropie, a well-known event was born and is now in it's 6th year where ALBERTY is a resident and regularly showcases his raw, uncompromising and melodic sound. He took his passion for producing a step further by setting up BIOS (Berlin Institute of Sound) Studio, with his colleague and fellow Entropie resident, Modularity. With this powerhouse potential, drive and dedication to music, the future is paved with big projects in the pipeline to develop and complete his sound. Watch this space for new impulses.
