Mit Überschall BEGIBT SICH DIE CREW auf die turbulente Reise und kämpft sich durch den SOUND DER FOO FIGHTERS, über DIE HAPPY zu RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE UND wagt einen kurzen Zwischenstopp im Vorgarten der BLACK CROWES. EIN HAUCH KEROSIN LIEGT IN DER LUFT, WENN Das vierköpfige Piloten-Gespann plus Gesangs-Stewardess VON BORD GEHT UND DIE BÜHNE BESTEIGT. Denn die Crewmitglieder sind keine Unbekannten: EIN KRUDER MIX AUS SUDDEN DEATH (DEATH METAL), Gravel Juice (GRUNGE), NANOLAUT (PUNKROCK), Eight Miles Running (POPROCK) und Ten Mile Ride (POPROCK) VERSCHMILZT ZU EINER UNGLAUBLICHEN KREATIVBOMBE UND dürfte den Kennern der Szene die Freudentränen in die Augen treiben. Let’s challenge effect overcharged trumpery and focus on plain, down to earth analogue sound. This is actually what SoaP does. Coming from Osnabrueck in Northern Germany the quintet led by frontwoman jane created a sound that comes close to what people might call maximum rock. The forthcoming album even reveals some more and unleashes the beast of a unique SoaP ish metal sound. 
Background information: Presented by the Gunti (keys), Phil (guitar), Tomas (bass), Sacha (drums) and janebodega (vocals), SoaP was established in 2012 and since then amended Northern Germany’s music scene with their characteristic maximum rock sound, mainly tangible through jane’s compelling sonorous voice.

Ok, wir geben es zu: von Präparationstechniken haben wir so gar keine Ahnung, aber in Osnabrück verbindet man die „BADLY STUFFED ANIMALS“ auch eher mit Gitarrendonner, Punkrockbass und Trommelwirbel, denn mit Fiffis struppigen postmortalem Ich. 
FEMALE FRONTED POSTPUNKGRUNGE bringt es nur so ungefähr auf den Punkt, denn die 2Girls/2Boys Combo bringt ganz unterschiedliche Einflüsse in den Proberaum. Wem Burger Weekends, Cosmic Radiation, Lovoltage oder Snakeshit on a plane ein Begriff sind, weiss wer sich hier hinter den Tiermasken versteckt und der ausgestopften Verwandtschaft vor Verzückung das präparierte Fellkleid zu Berge stehen lässt.
Die Musik gleicht einer Vollgasfahrt im Tierkarussell: mal punkrockig verspielt, mal melancholisch verstimmt, mal offenkundig frustriert – Jane reist mit Gitarre und Gesang von intimen Monologmomenten bis zum offenen Schlagabtausch, begleitet wird sie dabei von Manus eingängigen 
Bassläufen und Phils krachendem Schlagzeuggewitter; oben drauf kommen die Ohrwurmriffs von Obergitarrenmeister Hendrik und fertig ist der Soundtrack zum Abgehen! Außen Topriffs aber innen ganz wattig weich, so macht Präparieren 
offenkundig mehr Spaß und Fiffi & Co. haben sicherlich auch mehr Freude daran. 2018 stehen die Zwingertüren nach einem Jahr Vorbereitungscamp endlich offen und die BSAnimals stürmen raus auf die Bühnen der Republik, total alive und voll direkt – also nicht verpassen!

Der Sound der alienmindbenders

Trommelfellzermürbende Beats prasseln auf loungige Jazzclubatmo. Die ALIENMINDBENDERS sind mal düster, mal romantisch, dann wieder zynisch zuckend oder elaboriert funky. Der Geist des Projekts ist in etwa so schwer zu greifen wie das Wesen einer Frau: mal ist sie die skrupellose Femme fatale, die dir in einem Moment den Rücken zeigt und im anderen mit ihren verträumten Kulleraugen dein Herz zerfließen lässt. Mal lässt sie dich mit Gehirnzerfetzenden Beats strammstehen und dann wieder dahin gleiten wie auf Schäfchenwolken. 

AMB ist die Liebe zum musikalischen Detail, zum Zitat der Postmoderne, die Faszination der auffordernd dunkeln Leichtigkeit, mit der janeBO ihre Songs einsingt. Das Ergebnis: das Album ALIENATION. Ein Wortspiel, ein erster Einblick in den außerterrestrischen Kosmos jenseits der Vernunft und hin zu den Ursprüngen des Gedankens: dem gefühlsbetonten Ich, dem der Zutritt zum Paradies aber seit Menschwerdung verwährt bleibt. So dreht das Alien seine Kreise, ständig in Wartestellung, zwischen Überich und Es bleibt eigentlich nur eine Chance: Mensch Leute, the true sound is out there - get out on the dancefloor and believe!

I’m Byakko Bast, I’m a multi-instrumentalist musician, producer and sound technician from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

My main goal is to flow through music, to lose notion of time and space, simply be.

And my intention is to generate the same feeling in those who want to listen to my music. I want to put sounds to the moments lived and in some way be a accompany in the good and bad circumstances of life. Since this is a very important part of what music is, was and will be for me. Without music, I don’t know how I would have managed to follow and pass through the obstacles that the Universe draws for us.

Enduring a 10-year hiatus from the music industry, singer-songwriter and guitarist Alec Benjamin Vinsant has spent that time wisely and is about to unleash his extraordinary work into the world once again.
Born and raised in the bluegrass state of Kentucky, just north of Nashville, Alec was surrounded by music from an early age through his family’s influence. First picking up the guitar at the age of six he was classically trained but soon incorporated the rich fabric of Tennessee and its roots into his repertoire. Further admiring the exceptionally talented Tommy Emmanuel and Andy McKee, his dedication paid off in 2011 with his stunning debut album Reality.
Comprising of 12 tracks that migrate between instrumentals and a full band experience, his signature rhythmic guitar playing and distinct vibrato vocals appeared to announce a stellar career in the making. However real life can distract you from your dreams and they were put on hold when Alec entered the medical profession.
Finally moving to Texas and his wife having a near death experience, Alec realised that life is too short and it is never too late to chase the ambitions of a long-forgotten teenager. About to release his single Change, he delves deeply into feelings of fear, loss, and resilience, and is an inspiration to those who face the same challenges.
That magic that spurred his career over a decade ago is now back and for all to see. Discover the world of Alec Vinsant. It’s a place you will never want to leave.
