This Random Records episode features PEPE'S BODEGA and this excerpt of a live recording from the Mindgamers Festival in Sweden in August 2022. It contains a few tracks from their upcoming full-length album "La Chorrera", scheduled for Winter Solstice in December on Mark Day's Muimina Sounds. Since 2016 Nimbus and Don Pepe have routinely met up in the studio to translate their transcendental life experiences into words and sound. Influenced by nature and its medicine, various religious and philosophical traditions, and a bottomless library of musical history, they love exploring new territories with their music. Nimbus' background as an audio engineer and Don Pepe's vast experience behind the decks, partly as an ambassador for Random Records, has resulted in a slick yet emotive sound aimed for an adventurous dancefloor.

Woo-Dog Recordings presents MINDGROOVE with a live set featuring tracks from his upcoming EP and VA on the label, including tracks from his previous albums and singles played live at Spirit Gust, Magica Festival, and Electric Rainbow Festival. MINDGROOVE is the psychedelic trance project of Indian artist Manthan Gupta. His journey into psytrance began in 2016, drawn in by its hypnotic rhythms and otherworldly sounds. He started producing music in 2020, debuting with the EP Mephisto's Nightmare on Dream Crew Records, followed by releases on compilations from labels like Sonektar Records and Ancient Druids.  Mindgroove blends elements of forest, darkpsy, and other psychedelic subgenres to craft boundary-pushing soundscapes. He also produces under the project Neuroattack, signed to Iono Records, Regroup, 360feature, Geomagnetic, and Hitech Dojo, exploring psychill, progressive, and hitech styles.  Beyond producing, Manthan runs a psytrance academy, sharing DJ and production knowledge, and creates preset and sample packs for darkpsy producers.

This Saturday th focus is on Japanese DJ, producer, promoter and Pukkawallah Records co-founder, SUZI. Don't miss the exluisve set he recorded for us, also the soon to be published intervioew on Ozorian Prophet.

Suzi is a psychedelic trance project of Shuji who is the man behind this project. He is a producer, dj, and promoter in Japan. His career started in Goa in late 90’s, when the culture of travelling among young Japanese started. This movement has inspired him to participate in psytrance music scene. Over the years of travelling around the globe, he had many opportunities to play at parties and festivals, encountered so many like-minded individuals and embraced spiritual unity with them through music.
Suzi’s music is energetic and built on the foundation of phat basslines and freaky rhythmical synth. He has signed to Discovalley Records in 2020.
He is also known as a co-founder of a record label, called Pukkawallah Records. The meaning of Pukkawallah in Hindi language is “certain”. He has a great passion to collect certain tunes and uses them to play his set.

Aleph-null was born into a void space between then and now. Currently he mostly plays dj-sets at underground parties while working on his own material. He enjoys deep, somewhat dark and atmospheric forestpsy with wide spaces and relentlessly pounding basslines.
