Ned Flangers - Bush Doofs

Matsuri Digital presents SPINDRIFT and this exclusive mix. Spindrift is the solo project of Leo Bergman, who has been producing music since the early days of trance and goa. Growing up with music and synthesizers he started playing violin at 5 and bought his first synth at 10 from money earned from singing and acting in a musical at the Broadway of Stockholm. His interest in electronic music started seriously with bands like Skinny Puppy and Front 242, and then progressed to acid/techno when that appeared. In the season of 91/92 he went to Goa and found the perfect combination of EBM, industrial, acid and techno in the parties there. When producing he stays clear of templates and presets, and creates tracks from scratch using a combination of analogue and digital modular systems, and the result has clear old-school Goa influences, but with modern production. Somehow different but yet familiar, slower but still intense, and with each track telling a different story.

Aural vortexes spin in harmony with each other, reflecting dark colors of pulsating beats layered with bass lines that hit hard – introducing Stereoxide, a project by Jesse Cabrera & Robert Blaga which is all about launching dancers into a multi-layered psychedelic voyage.

Created at the end of Summer 2016, Stereoxide seeks to design a space wherein the trancer can celebrate existence without judgment, and loose themselves in blissful joy.

The Swiss duo is busy working on several releases and their full feature-packed debut album.

Originz aka Raphael Atlan is a 25 years old psytrance activist from Lyon, France. Founder and director of the organization Outrance and in the line-up team of the Hadra festival, he started djing alongside many international artists of the scene. Since 2015, he played on several stages in France and around the world his groovy and punchy psychedelic dj sets (Thailand, China, Malaysia, Israel, Italy) and in renowned festivals like Hadra Festival or Wao Festival… In 2019, he joined Sangoma Records as Label DJ to fulfill his dream. His style blends morning and night psychedelic, powerful and catchy dj sets that awaken dancefloors. He takes his influences in labels like Sangoma or Looney Moon. He joined Sangoma Records as Label DJ in 2019 to fulfill his dream!
