brilliance !!  Not only just in ELP, but the Keith Emerson Band, 3, 3.2   and his solo soundtracks and orchestra pieces. The Three Fates conducted by Terje Mikkelsen with Marc Bonilla,  you have got to check that out..  He Said " I only wanted to be known as a composer"  in his later years. those who got to see his play with Brian Auger at the Sour Grapes were so lucky.  So here is my Humble Improv don't cringe too much  Peace G And I raise a toast to the Maestro!

Many songwriters talk about Summer as the times they feel good and Winter as the time they feel down. I reverse the roles in this song and describe depression as "my life, is melting away like the snow in the sun". To get my life back on an even keel, I suggest "my life, waits for a snowfall to fill it again". It may not lyrical follow the norm, but it presented a strong picture in my mind during the writing process. Enjoy all the instruments I packed in around the lyric to convey my thoughts at the time. This is a track I discovered on a mini disc and released as a CD album ("Shout") in 2004. Lots of shredding in this. It was another exercise in hammer-ons and two handed reverse quadruplets.Just an exercise really, hence the title. But given other tracks like this have been appreciated,I thought I'd put it up for those who enjoy guitar stuff :)

Alessandro Pinto (born in Catanzaro on February 16, 1970) is an Italian composer.  At a very young age he approaches music by studying with professionals: classical percussion, composition and piano. In 1992 he obtained a master's degree in marimba with the vibraphonist, David Friedman.
Lover of electronic music, on October 28 (2014), he made his debut as an independent musician on the loudr.fm platform with his first instrumental single, entitled '' Astral Rows' 'and on December 1 of the same year with the album,' 'Instrumental vision'. In 2015, he released the conceptual album '' Sonar ''. He has numerous compositions to his credit ranging from orchestra to soundtracks to chamber music.
