Clinique Recordings returns this week with another amazing release. The labels 30th offering sees two fine Greek producers Dio S. and Sound Travell3r teaming up for a new single. 'For The Love' is their first collaboration together and it comes with remixes from Andy Weed and Silvio Gutierrez. 

The original mix comes with a deep progressive vibe that has a great dance floor sensibility about it. The chunky, chugging groove is surrounded by big sweeping electronics and some building rhythms which bring the track to the main break. Here the amazing vocal gets dropped in which is full of such great soul and depth. It's piercing presence adds some underlying tension as the soft beats drops back in and that hypnotic swing is born again. The rolling rhythms soon build momentum for a wicked conclusion that is cunningly exhilarating. There is also a dub provided which focuses more on the delicate melodic elements which are incredibly strong. 

The first remix is provided by Andy Weed who is making his first appearance on Clinique. András Szabó aka Andy Weed hails from Hungary and we've been loving his productions over the last year. His remix of Miraculum's 'Moonling' is out this week on Stellar Fountain and would have to be one of his best melodic creations to date. For his 'For The Love' interpretation Andy has crafted his 'Secret Love Dub' remix and it comes with an incredibly deep and enchanting vibe. The whistle-like flickers really stand out against the backdrop of hypnotic bells. There are very wispy snips of the vocal used here which add such a wonderful angelic component to the track and the cascading pianos during the drop are to die for. Brilliant stuff from Andy.

The final remix on the package comes from Silvio Gutierrez who is returning to Clinique for his second appearance. The Argentinean producer has been enjoying a great 2013 with strong releases on Mistique, Balkan Connection and Clinique. Silvio's recent 'The Pulse' single for Clinique was one of his strongest productions to date and his interpretation of 'For The Love' is outstanding as well. Silvio has crafted a tough, hypnotic, groove with some breathy vocal stabs that really rock. For those looking for another dub version you've got one here as well with just a very short snip getting dropped in at the end of the main break. Groovy stuff from Silvio and a great dance floor interpretation to close the release out. A top notch offering from Clinique once again.

This is a challenging time for everyone but I want to try to focus on the positives. Regardless of race, gender or age we are all being impacted by this Pandemic. Perhaps it can be a time where we break down some barriers and work together on a higher level to overcome this hardship. 

I think it is our job as musicians to keep making music and attempt to provide hope and positivity. One song can completely change a person’s outlook on life and we need that more than ever now.

The latest installment of our free download series welcomes Henri Hurtig aka Cid Inc back for his third appearance. 2019 proved to be another year of successes for the Finnish artist and Replug label boss. The March release of his well received ‘Via Karela’ EP got the year underway, setting the stage for contributions to Hernan Catteneo’s ‘Balance Presents Sunsetstrip’ compilation and the Armadillo Records ‘Fields, Vol. 1’ collection. October then saw Henri commemorate Replug’s ten-year anniversary with the Orsen collaboration ‘Ten’, before returning to Guy J’s Lost and Found Records with a chart-topping remix of Kasper Koman’s ‘Hi’ to round the year out in style. The beginning of 2020 has been equally inspired, with remixes for Beat Boutique and Einmusika, along with the March release of his acclaimed ‘Citadel’ EP. Having delivered his remake of James Holden’s ‘A Break In The Clouds’ to our series in 2018, Cid Inc now returns with his much requested edit of The Beloved ‘Sweet Harmony’ (Kosmas Epsilon & Zorz 'Northern People' Bootleg Mix). Released in 2004 as a white label only, the track proved impactful, earning play from a broad spectrum of A-list Djs and firmly etching its place in the history of progressive music. Long a favourite of Cid Inc, the Replug boss took to re-editing the classic last year, resulting in months of play from Hernan Cattaneo. Now after much demand we’re happy to offer the track as an exclusive free download. We hope you enjoy it.

From his early years to this world his was interested in music and at the early age of 9  he joined a philharmonic orchestra playing various musical instruments...

Experimenting and seeking new sounds became a way of life and finally at the age of 16 he bought his first cds with music of  yianni - jan michel jare -sasha - john digweed - nick warren  - and many others to name a few...

This was the way to start seeking how to work his knowledge on electronic music by perform as a dj always playing live using his favorite DAW Ableton Live and export projects  as a producer...

From the first time listened to this particular genre  since now he created his own unique style selecting tunes that are proggy deep and underground - atmospherical.His sets have been played to various stations around europe...

He started producing at the age of 25 an age that he knew what he was seeking into music.
Today he already made his first steps with  releases.
He is a  member of www.Westradio.gr team and very proud to be member of this station in a standard basis.
