Here's an interpretation made by mashing up and orchestrating "Let The Battles Begin", the "Main Theme of Final Fantasy VII", "The Prelude" and "Victory Fanfare".

I always loved this cheerful tune from the Sonic the Hedgehog saga, it's a true staple in videogame music, and for good reason.
This cover was heavily inspired by John Powell's How To Train Your Dragon's score and I had a blast experimenting with this genre.

It's based on the E3 gameplay demo in some parts, while other parts are originally arranged by me based on Nobuo Uematsu's OST from 1997.
