"Covers" -  Me using Musical Tracks as a Metronome by First UnMixing the Drums of a Track then I will Start to Practice about say 2 to 3 times and I will Hit Record Once Then Bounce Track.

"Originals" - My Creations

by choosing a set Time Signature and Tempo then Improvise

Drums with Loops 
using Heat Up 3 Vst Plugin on a Windows Virtual Machine 
using VMware Fusion for Virtualising Windows 10
 and using LoopBack on iMac to output the Virual Machine's Audio 
to Mac OS - Ableton Live 10 as an external Audio Source
