We recorded this album in our producer’s bedroom, driven by the tragic death of one of our own. On December 3rd, 2010 we lost our dear friend and my love, Jessica Hoke, to a freak accident. Instead of simply wallowing in grief we chose to take that pain and produce something passionate. We created a world without pain (or did we?), a wonderful place where even a jaded adult could bask in the bliss of a child at a theme park. Whiskeyland. This album is a roller coaster ride through that place. Songs like Silent Girl or Doomsday provide additional twists and turns to the brightness that is Catalina or Say Whatever, giving the listener a glimpse into the darkness and desolation that often juxtaposes our joy and fulfillment. 

To say that I am excited to share this music with you would be an understatement. Standing outside of that hospital, the love of my life on her deathbed, I was surrounded by the same guys who came together to make this album. We promised that whatever was next for us as a band we would take seriously, and take on together. We swore we would make something special. A project to be proud of, to be sure. I lost my heart that day, and along with her my life. The process of writing and recording this record with these guys has served as my rebirth, and for that I am eternally grateful. - Feekee

Feekee, a rapper influenced by the likes of Nas and the Notorious B.I.G., is the lead vocalist. Tombot 5000 is an Indie Rock vocalist and lead guitarist. Sum Difference is a multifaceted artist, with a soulful R&B voice, dexterous rap flow, and experimental production skills. The quartet is polished and perfected by Rudeluv, the main producer of the project as well as the band’s percussionist. Creating an authentic blend of hip-hop and alternative rock with a touch of electro-soul, The Flux is carving out their own niche in today’s ever changing world.

Thanos T,  who is one of the raising stars of the Greek Deep House scene, is a new comer to DeepWit with his Single "Glass Door". His sound fits so flawlessly into what we consider to be our flavor of deep, the warm lush chords, the throbbing kick and seductive bass line, alongside some very haunting and beautiful pads that take you on a journey that you can loss yourself on, and losing yourself is exactly what we want in our music. 
Tim Andersen, who is back on the label after his Single "Whatcha Want" earlier this year offers up a more crackling vinyl feel, which inlaid into the track, adds to the overall feel of the remix being a late night smooth groover. The last remix comes from Krummstoff who takes "Glass Door" straight into the high hours of any set, it's harder driving bass, rhythmic congas and a build up that leaves you holding your breath makes this the track to play when you need to get bodies movies. "Glass Door" oozes authenticity and originality, which when combined with the deepness these three very talented producers offer up, is all you can ask for from any Single.
