Original compositions ~ Organic melodies ~ Intuitive Rhythms:
These beats are sparse, but ample:
Enough to pulse right from the earth, awakening the heartbeat.

And the sound … all of the binaural tones — each one tuned intentionally:
Every 7 or so minutes, a new key that resonates with & heals the specific energy centers in our human system, weaves itself in the soundscape … starting with the base of the body: a middle note C ~ a grounding root melody that evolves as the sound grows deeper and more intricate. The journey speaks directly to the sacrum, the solar plexus, the heart, the ears, the third-eye point, and the crowning connection to the Great Beyond. All these foundational parts of us and how they pulse with our vital energy.
This is #ChakraMusic (the 7 full-length original tracks to be released on all streaming platforms).

Featuring #Tibetan percussion (bowls, gong, chimes) and flute, and samples from #IndianClassicalRaga and #ArabicMaqam ~

Composing this was a complete meditation,
And so I offer it as a meditation
Not just in the 3-Dimensional sense -
Listening and literally working with the physical sensations of the seat, the hips, the belly, the heart, the throat, the pineal gland, the layers of blood, and bones, and body ~
But also in the metaphysical:
laying down or sitting or doing whatever it is that gives the spirit room to just BE,
and l i s t e n i n g - 
With the whole being.
Allowing self to enter the astral dimensions and the unseen universes accessible through intentional sound.
Traveling amongst stars and deep across the oceans with the sound.
Eyes closing,
Heart opening,
Transforming;
Welcoming the #SonicAlchemy.

Anders Dixen composed and recorded splendid introspective ambient album ’Death Tapes’ this winter, under the oppressive gloom of the cold sky of Copenhagen. Mainly built around sensible field recordings, strong organic textures and chords, layers of modular synths and experimental sounds FX, these cinematic soundscapes will bring you into an intense and emotive meditation mood. Today’s premiere ‘Fever Pitch’ is a dark and ethereal atmospheric track that appears at the end of the album, that we strongly recommend to IDM/ambient fans (that we are). Out on cassette tape and digital on march 15th.

Kazukii - Weight

The first single from forthcoming release "Nostalgia Circuit [Compilation]", which will collect a series of extended field recordings produced between 2015 and 2019. This track is the newest recording in the batch - taken at the end of February on my balcony in Lefferts Garden, Brooklyn, NYC. The first three minutes mostly focuses on the crisp, clean sound of freezing rain landing behind my apartment building. To me there is something about the tone of the rain that reminds me of seashells washing ashore. Birds can also be occasionally heard, along with the unmistakable wash of light urban ambiance. The last few minutes prominently features church bells from the nearby 110 year old St. Francis of Assisi-St. Blaise.
