OPTIV is a name firmly embedded in both the forefront and deep memory of any true fan of drum & bass. He emerged into the scene with the seminal Cause4Concern sound, which made an enduring mark that influenced many of today’s great artists, including Noisia, and helped to mould the tech aesthetic that we –know today. The Optiv moniker erupted into existence a few years after the establishment of Cause4Concern, with the founding of his own label Red Light Records in 2002, an imprint that continues to be influential in both launching the careers of promising artists such as Inward, Hanzo & Randie, Impak as well as putting out high quality audio from established artists such as Tobax, Telekinesis, The Upbeats and Black Sun Empire. This is in addition to running the pioneering C4C Recordings imprint, that’s been committed to pushing forward-thinking tech for close to two decades now.
Over the course of Optiv’s prolific and long-running solo career, he’s released on a significant range of labels, including leading taste-makers such as Virus, Playaz, Blackout, Subtitles, Eatbrain, Hospital, Shogun Audio, Invisible and Dispatch to name just a few. His commitment to a pure analogue sound, inspired by his techno and electro roots, in combination with a stripped aesthetic that requires audio purity, has ensured that his sound remains both timeless and ahead of the pack. With years of experience behind him to apply to the dance, as well as his immaculate sense for freshness, Optiv is a tried and tested artist who continues to make a significant impact on the drum & bass sphere.

Vinicius Honorio is a Brazilian-born, London-based DJ and producer whose deep, hypnotic strain of techno has earned him releases on Blueprint, Figure, Token, Mord, and SK_eleven. With a focus on raw textures and emotional depth, his music and DJ sets reflect a distinct and evolving voice in contemporary underground techno.

Dig It - Dj/Producer from Norfolk (when i say producer i have only been producing for around 6 months, so still learning).

Starting mixing only a couple of years ago mixing only drum n bass on vinyl, however have since bought myself some CDJs so now mix all different genres, anything from prog to old skool to hardtek. 

Still a complete beginner when it comes to production (as you can see). Tried producing on a few DAWs and sequencers, however have found Propellerheads Reason to be the one for me. 

Any feedback or advice on anything i post on here very much appreciated. I am always looking for sets at free parties and other events, so if you got any going let me know, also any tune id you want just ask n ill tell ya.

DJ Darkfrogs passion for electronic music & the rave scene started at 17 years old. 

Litening to old school tape packs, led him to the dancefloor of events such as Global Gathering, Westfest, Atmosphere, Slamming vinyl and Sanctuary to name a few. It was at these events; he began to be influenced by Djs such as M-Zone Mark EG
Uberdruk and Scott Project. 

Wanting to emulate these DJs in his own style, Darkfrog to start mixing himself, taking inspiration from the uk underground free party scene and, the more mainstream hard dance scene led to a unique blend of Hardtrance and Techno from both sides.

Darkfrog soon crossed paths with DJ Toad, where they birthed the legendary Croaktek sounds. Starting with a weekly radio show, they began travelling on  weekends to parties across the country. Croaktek rapidly grew from a radio show to putting on its own events,  gaining a cult following, known for cutting edge music, soundsystem and the best vibes. 

Darkfrog's relentless dedication to his craft and wanting to produce his own music led him to collaborate with DJ Illusive, forming Dark Illusion Records. This forward-thinking record label became a platform for the pair to showcase their unique sound and push the boundaries of Hardtrance and Techno
