After our last song, which featured the debut of Satchmo from Saturn, Jeff and I went a little more down to earth and mellowed out some with this killer track. 
He sent over the progression, which he'd had for a while and it was perfect for another of our guitar collaborations.  I put together the intro and the counter melody along with a short outro solo and Jeff did the rest on guitar, drums and tapped his reliable bass player Roland again for the low down low end duties.

I wrote this song the same day I got the news from my daughter that she was pregnant and I was going to be a grandfather for the first time in my life (22 weeks ago). It's been resting until now waiting for the perfect lyrics come to me, fine tuning the mix and soundscape. Who better then Raffaella to do the vocals to my lyrics from my daughters perspective, thank you Raffaella 🫶.
