OSH was created for producers, DJane's and Sonic Alchemists who want to turn the dancefloor into a ceremonial space and enchant the crowd with high vibrational sounds that reflect the beauty of nature. The Ableton template contains loops and samples that are organized in groups  and mixed with ableton stock plugins to sound amazing right of the box. You can start right away to jam and improvise with the template to get inspired for your new track or Live Performance. It's easy to find loops that work together because they are all in the same key and tempo. (Harmonic and melodic loops are all in the same key (Eminor) and the tempo is 120 BPM)

The non-ableton users can still enjoy the magic of the loops and insert them into their favourite DAW or DJ-Software. (LOOP-PACK WILL COME SOON, STAY TUNED)

This soundtrack is an ode to the transformative power of change. It is a reminder that, like nature, our lives are in a constant state of flow. The track is designed to channel the energy of transformation and change, which can be difficult, scary, or challenging, but ultimately helps us to constantly improve and grow.

The frequencies of 741Hz, 417 Hz, 528 Hz, and 852 Hz are used to help expand the mind, facilitate change, create miracles, and return to spiritual order. The track is meant to remind us that we are all part of the universe and as long as we live in harmony with it, we will overcome any challenges. Disconnection from the higher power and nature may feel like a state of dis-ease, but this track is a reminder that we are all connected and that change is a natural part of life.

Panta Rei

Played live on Ecstatic Hof HaCarmel at HaMa'ayan (Ma'ayan Tzvi Industrial Area) on 25.2.23, this set was perhaps my most flowing and fun to play up to now in Ecstatic Dance Israel. 

About 50 beautiful souls chose to come on a sunny winter Saturday afternoon, and dance their hearts (and pelvises)out with me. 
I am so f@#^in' humbled by that.

Theme:
Plant medicine and ceremony has been helping humanity heal for countless generations. Most people are familiar with the idea of going into the jungle and sitting in plant medicine ceremonies to heal themselves. This can be a beautiful thing and I am infinitely grateful for all of our plant and fungi teachers.
But did you know that you can experience a profound, psychedelic and medicinal journey without having to go to the jungle and drink medicine in ceremony?

Where can I do this?
In our ecstatic dance medicine circle, the powerful container that we all co-create and participate in every week. 

What makes this space powerful?
This space is intentionally created both physically and energetically and is created specifically for free self expression through the body without using words or conventional language.

How is this done? 
By simply getting out of your own way, getting  out of your rational and judge mental mind. 
By focusing on your breath and closing your eyes you can more easily tune into your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. Trust me, they do want your attention! 
By bringing your awareness to these parts of yourself you then drop ever deeper into the present moment experience and it becomes easier and easier to simply and continual let go of the monkey mind when it pops up in your awareness. 

Allow this musical soundscape be your medicine journey. See if you can lose yourself in the music and really go for the ride. And don't worry, your rational mind will be waiting for you on the other side. 
This musical journey is crafted with lots of love and made in honor and gratitude of Vilcabamba/Ecuador/South America and all of Latin America and of course our African roots.

Grateful to play for a sold-out event with about 120 people, held in a special venue in a beautiful city.

I'm calling my events "Tropical" because I weave lots of African, Brazilian, Afro-Latin, Funky and Tribal. 

At these events, I usually hold the entire container - opening circle, warm up exercises, dance journey, music meditation and closing circle.

I also share some ideas and practices with the organizer and the team with the intention to deepen the experience and offer this gift to more people.

Dancers often share that they danced with others more than usual - This resonates with my intention "Through dance, we connect deeper with ourselves, others, and life".

Tropical Ecstatic Dance ~ Zurich 04.05.2023

Jalaa is a Sufi-inspired musical project that brings elements from Arabic, Persian, Turkish and also gypsy music. The project emerged in Chapada dos Veadeiros, materializing an internal call that the members had already been working on to deepen the traditional musicality of the Middle East and its relationship with Sufism. Jalaa's music offers a musical journey through the cultural and spiritual pathways and landscapes of the Middle East. Ancestral traditional instruments such as Ney, Darbouka, Bendir and Oud project, with their unique sound, a timeless atmosphere in the group's authorial compositions.
