Heute lädt uns @ernstjakob auf eine musikalisch vielfältige Reise ein. Wir reiten mit ihm durch die verschiedensten Facetten von House und begegnen dabei Klassikern und auch Eigenproduktionen!

Jakob ist seit den späten 2000ern als DJ aktiv. Zunächst vor allem dem Minimal verbunden, hat er seinen Sound zunehmend verschiedenen Spielarten von Techno, House und Elektro geöffnet. An der Schnittstelle von Chicago House Chords und Reminiszenzen an den Detroit Techno der 90er, spielen sich auch seine Produktionen ab, von denen einige in diesen Mix eingeflossen sind. In diesem Set geht es darum, den Zuhörenden die Freude an rohen Sounds und reduzierten Arrangements nahezubringen und dabei immer wieder Haken durch die Genres und Musikgeschichte der letzten 40 Jahre zu schlagen.

Under his moniker Modula (@modula) he is using nothing but a Doepfer A-100 modular system to forge sounds and melodies.

California born, Indonesian bred, Halim Ardie (@halim-ardie)  is a staple is the Bali house scene. Splitting his time between hosting events in Bali and DJing, and he used to represent Indonesia by covering the music scene for the music media company Pulse Radio. Halim has cemented his name as one of the most sought after DJs in Indonesia; as well as coming up in the Southeast Asia circuit, by being a part of the Joy Collective's Rainforest Pavilion stage at the famous Wonderfruit Festival in Thailand. 

The Rainforest Pavilion is a "conscious clubbing" initiative to use proceeds and profits from events to rejuvenate Indonesian rainforests by well literally, buying hectares of land for preservation.

Halim with his diverse taste in music has been able to share the stage with Tiesto, Richie Hawtin, Black Coffee, Duke Dumont, Solardo, Above & Beyond, Hayden James, Claptone, Shiba San, Marshall Jefferson, and EDM

Today, with a pandemic that's happening, Halim is now working together with Bali Hospitality Movement to help the community that is heavily affected by the pandemic in his homeland island.
