Being formed by Keith Earl and Vasilis Vlachogiannis both from Birmingham, this electronic music label has been born for the people. With so many artists coming through it seems that there is a nu breed about to storm the electronic music scene. 
Pushing the boundaries of music and following no rules, using technology to their advantage to create a nu wave sound that is sweeping across Europe. 
With artists such as AMTR, IDE Production,Keith Earl, Vitruvian Man, Coklat, Kallahan, Sa_Du, Giles Leon and Minimal_r already signed to the label exciting times are surely ahead. 
With a vision of promoting new and exciting artists through to already established artists this label promises to be a new and exciting project for the Duo.

Paul Ritch’s productions and performances, characterised by his powerful and harmonic techno with a touch of pure emotive soul, represent his true signature sound – the one that has projected him to global recognition.

In 2007, Paul Ritch took the techno scene by storm both on stage and as a producer. Ever since, Paul has been defined by his passionate musical rhetoric, projected in releases for labels like Drumcode, SCI+TEC, Saved, Cocoon Recordings, Soma Records and Bpitch Control, among many others, and remixes to classic tracks such as Ondu, Positive Education,Tropical Melons, Remainings III, Magic K, The Test and I’m Burning Inside. References that have led him to be included among Resident Advisor’s all-time Top 100 charted artists.

In 2008, Paul brought to life his own imprint, Quartz Rec, conceived as a platform of artistic expression for showcasing cutting-edge techno sounds and a broad vision of electronic music. With its first release, “Split EP Part 1” (Paul Ritch, 2008), the label held a top 2 position on Beatport ́s Techno chart. And following hot on the heels of its fifth birthday, Quartz Rec has already published original tracks and remixes from Okain, Paco Osuna, Nic Fanciulli, Thomas Muller, Barem, Carlo Lio, Dubfire, 2000 and One, Onno, Cuartero and Anton Pieete.

Ritch’s musical delirium and his creativity on stage are two of his unique trademarks and these have been witnessed in his live performances on four continents including clubs such as Amnesia, Space and Pacha in Ibiza, Fabric and Egg Club in London, Womb and Circus in Tokyo, Berghain and Watergate in Berlin, Goa in Rome and Madrid, Rex Club in Paris, among many others.

He has also performed at festivals including Time Warp (Holland and Germany), Monegros (Spain), Awakenings, Voltt Open Air and ADE (Holland), SW4 (UK), Neo Pop Festival (Portugal), Hyte Park Festival (NYC), Amore Festival (Italy), BPM (Mexico) and WMC (Miami).
2014 was a year in which Paul continued to excel and reinvent himself with his very own musical mindset, and without a doubt, 2015 will be transcendental for Ritch as he looks to keep growing and achieve even greater goals.

Electronic music composer, international DJ, charting producer, in-demand remixer, Beatport Music Awards nominee, Olivier Giacomotto is a proven integral player in the underground music scene.
For those past two decades, his tireless need to evolve and grow as creative entity and forward thinking artist pushes this Paris based composer to constantly seek a new musical excitement, naturally crossing musical genres, always keeping an eye on the original definition of the underground, in Techno, Electro-House, Tech- House, Deep House, Deep Tech, Minimal, Indie-Dance, Melodic House & Techno, releasing on acclaimed labels such as Get Physical, Plus 8, Definitive Recordings, Great Stuff, Mau5trap, Noir Music, Suara, Knee Deep In Sound, Yoshitoshi, Terminal M, Stil Vor Talent, Toolroom, Tronic, Senso Sounds, Eleatics, Atlant, Radikon, Watergate, Oddity, Spectrum, Truesoul, etc...
As well as boasting a number of excellent releases under his own name, he also continues to put out a number of top-quality work under the alias of Ohmme. But his unwavering determination to push boundaries sets him apart from the others and his creativity span far beyond the music that’s brought him to international acclaim. In the last 15 years, Olivier wrote several songs for mainstream artists, top-selling video games, Hollywood box office movies, and composed the entire soundtrack to a full length feature film and multi award-winning horror movie 'The Red Man'.
Alongside his long time friend and partner John Acquaviva, he co-ran independent label Definitive Recordings from 2006 to 2016. Launched originally in 1991 by John Acquaviva, Richie Hawtin and Karl Kowalski, Definitive represented the housier side of the electronic empire that Hawtin and Acquaviva started with Plus 8 Records in 1990, and after a brief hiatus, John Acquaviva re-launched Definitive in 2005 with Olivier as his main artist and A&R, seeking and presenting the latest emerging sounds and talent to the world via a reputable, consistent, and trust- worthy platform.
With this impressive career achievements and a relentless work ethic for touring, Olivier is also known around the world for his exhilarating DJ performances that combine a heavy dose of groove inside an inspired blend of melodic flavors, demonstrating his talent behind the decks with an undoubtable versatility, adaptability, and headlining some of the world’s most iconic venues and events.

  Renny Constantine has been into House since the early 90's; growing up in a city known for its birth of good music. Listening to his older sisters House music tapes on her stereo when she was out at nightclubs, he knew this was going to be the music he would have a tie with for the rest of his life. In the late 90's he latched to the UK garage sound joining DJ’s, Hector C and DJ Crem, clubbing around the country. He watched UK garage marry house and then saw the divorce. Years later [in an off chance meeting on a bus] he was handed a flyer by Chicago's own, David "Chicago Dave" Gandy. Little did he know that this would form a friendship to span over many year’s. Dave taught Renny the basics of finding himself before projecting to others and was then given his first break. Although not taking up DJ’ing until 2003, his progression has come thick and fast. He started out by playing deep house in various bars in Bristol with the Canadian outfit Tongue & Groove (Pancho, Aaron & Dave) back in 2005, and the valuable lessons learned through their 50 combined years of experience set Renny up for the next chapter in his music. Fast forward to 2007, and you could find him moving on to playing a darker sound with fellow DJ, Jay Russell, forming the Dirty Sound Technicians and playing across the country. Since getting to grips with the performance side of things with his DJ’ing, Renny has made a bond with old school friend, Paske, in order to make that next evolutional step into production. He and Paske have since joined Andy Childs to produce for the BulletProofSonics imprint. After years of hard work, Renny Constantine’s style has come to full fruition. His is a selection of deep/jacking/tech house, with a few wild cards for good measure. The result has created a sound that cannot be defined. Using his club experience of the house & garage events in the late 90's, he learned to hone his unique sound of driving bass lines, '4-step' and straight up 'bleeps' that will have you begging for more. Renny has played alongside a variety of DJ’s including: Lottie, Yousef, Audiojack, MYNC Project, Deepgroove, Sammy Jo (scissor sisters) and Russell Deeks (I-DJ magazine). Various gigs includes playing at “Nature”, at Timbuk2, along side Emmalease and Eva-Marie (Sax@phonic), a night featuring good friend Stuart Wilkinson of Empathy fame. He has carried residencies in Bristol for Chicago, DirtyBlue, Drama and Koolwaters, with several appearances across the UK, Jamaica and Ibiza. Currently, Renny can be found beatin’ out the tunes at nights like “Digital” and “Barbarella” at Dojo (Bristol), Rehab (Swindon), and Empathy on occasion. When home, you'll find Renny knocking around in his home town of Bristol in underground clubs enjoying all the above. He’s a nice guy, sometimes stating "one of the last of a dying breed", that loves house music, good people, good times, and is known for being down for the cause of “Music”.

Sunderland, England.
It was a cloudy winter day in the town when the cry of a newborn baby was first heard echoing through the funktion one speakers hanging on the grey hospital walls. The crowd was mesmerised by the amplified percussive beeps rocking the soundwaves of the old medical equipment.
And then it came...
The thumping sound of a thousand tribal drums synchronised into a single, repetitive 4/4 heartbeat.
Silence.
Sweat is dripping from the foreheads of the gathered nurses and muted sirens are wailing in the smoky red background. An injection of more than enough ml of the precise combination of drugs needed to bring forward a subterranean revolution is inserted into the underground blood suply.
Voices approaching from a distance grow into a never-ending pad, prelude to an earth shattering bassline accompanied by pitch-shifting synthesisers. 

A techno is born.

Besides the fictional novels.. I also write a bit of music.

Born in the UK and growing up in Greece, I've had many music influences over the years. At 15 I started DJing at parties and local bars and at 17 started producing my own music. During the past 4 years, experimentation has taken me on a journey through genres with techno as the final destination. I have currently released 2 EPs and have many projects in the making!
