Roberto B (@2roberto2) and I have completed today our collaborative concept album, "Again and Again". The album contains 8 tracks (including two tracks in two versions, A and B), ordered in a reverse chronological and also a conceptual sequence. The duration of the album is 1 hour and 7 minutes. It was composed, recorded and mixed in MAGIX (by Roberto B) and Logic Pro, with use of Akai MPKmini keyboard play/input and GarageBand iOS play/touch-screen input (by Alex M), over the past year or so via e-mails and exchange of WAV files: more precisely, between 6 June 2024 (track No. 6) and 13 July 2025 (the closing track No. 8). We hope you'll enjoy these mutually inspired compositions, based on extended collaborative versions of some tracks, which Roberto B chose to revisit from my most recent album "Again" (2025), hence the title. You may read more on th context around "Again", and hence "Again and Again", in the introduction to the album "Again".

Again and Again - Roberto B & Alex M

Roberto B (@2roberto2) and I are glad to present "Wait for Me (Extended Collaborative Version)". The track was composed spontaneously by Alex M on 7 February 2025 in GarageBand iOS and mixed in Logic Pro on 8 February 2025 (initial composition, recording and arrangement) and by Roberto B on 9 February 2025 in MAGIX (subsequent composition and final arrangement, mix and recording), and released here on SoundCloud this Sunday evening (in Europe), 2 March 2025. Wait for Me (Extended Collaborative Version) - Roberto B & Alex M

This is now the extended and collaborative version with Roberto B  (@2roberto2), under the title of  "Transience (Extended Collaborative Version)", combining creatively my recent track, "Transience (Piano)", https://soundcloud.com/alexander-mihailov-96713983/transience-piano, in my work-in-progress album "Again" (2025), with his recent track "Suspense 6", https://soundcloud.com/2roberto2/suspence-6, that appeared on SC on 30 January 2025. My piano track was composed spontaneously in GarageBand iOS in the evening of 28 January 2025. Transience (Extended Collaborative Version) - Roberto B & Alex M

This is now the extended and collaborative version with Roberto B (@2roberto2) of my "I Grew Up Here", https://soundcloud.com/alexander-mihailov-96713983/i-grew-up-here, in my work-in-progress album "Again" (2025). My track was composed spontaneously in GarageBand iOS and arranged, recorded and mixed in Logic Pro in the evening of 31 March 2025, The subsequent composition, arrangement, recording and final mix was accomplished by Roberto B immediately, the same night, early on 1 April 2025. This collaborative track of ours was released on SoundCloud today, in the evening (in Europe) of 10 April 2025. We hope you'll enjoy it!

I Grew Up Here (Extended Collaborative Version) - Roberto B & Alex M

This is now the extended collaborative version A with Roberto B (@2roberto2) of my "Hoping for the Future", https://soundcloud.com/alexander-mihailov-96713983/hoping-for-the-future, a track in our almost completed album "Again and Again" (2025). My part was composed spontaneously in GarageBand iOS in the late evening of 6 April 2025 and arranged, recorded and mixed in Logic Pro in the evening of 19 April 2025. The part by Roberto B was composed in MAGIX and initially appeared on SC as a track of his own under the title "141" on 19 April 2025. The combined and extended composition, arrangement, recording and final mix was accomplished by Alex M in Logic Pro on 26 April 2025. This collaborative track of ours was released on SoundCloud this Friday evening (in Europe) of 2 May 2025. We hope you'll enjoy it!

Hoping for the Future (Extended Collaborative Version A) - Roberto B & Alex M

And now this is "Stay Strong (Extended Collaborative Version A)", in our almost completed joint album "Again and Again" (2025), containing extended collaborative versions from tracks in my own most recent album "Again" (2025). I composed my part, "Stay Strong", improvising on my Akai MPK mini keyboard connected to Logic Pro, in the warm evening of 12 July 2025, and arranged, recorded and mixed my track the same evening. At the same date Roberto B published on SoundCloud his track "Atmosphere 15". I immediately saw an extended collaboration by combining these beautiful tracks, which I did for this Version A, mixed on 13 July 2025 in Logic Pro. The collaboration was released here on SoundCloud in the evening (in Europe) on 20 August 2025.

Stay Strong (Extended Collaborative Version A) - Roberto B & Alex M

I have always admired music, of diverse styles. Like most of us, I have tried learning to play a few instruments at a basic level in my teenage. But it is only now, in the 21st century, that modern software allows anyone to fool around being the composer, the designer of a whole composition, simpler or more complex, organising together the parts of the various instruments - and to hear the results of this experimentation or inspiration instantly! That is how I have recently begun enjoying the distraction of attempts at composing during my leisure, discovering an amazing dimension of life, and art, perhaps the most intangible, heightening and hypnotising one, and the closest to the soul...
