The long awaited follow-up to a killer four-tracker from Dublin native Fio Fa and Naïve label head Violet, Holly Lester’s Duality Trax readies it’s subsequent release; this time courtesy of Zagreb born, LA based producer Cromie and a remix from one of electronic music’s most exciting artists – rRoxymore.

Cromie explores a pool of moods and aesthetics throughout the labels latest outing; twisting and bending the standard house template into a string of exciting new shapes and sounds. Title track Landbridge is a brooding cut of peak-time energy; original, bold and brimming with colour. Bloom In shines a stronger spotlight on Cromie’s eye for oddball rhythms – with a series of left-field leaning synths, hypnotising grooves and deep, rumbling bass. River then channels us through a tranquil, break-scattered dreamscape as the current gently sails us home. 

 rRoxymore incorporates the dynamics of Cromie’s original - Bloom In, while allowing her own unique perspective to shine. The Berlin based producers refreshing take on the fringes between house and techno are as perceptible as ever, floating effortlessly between genres, exploring new possibilities and sounds. Organic drums act as the centerpiece, loaded with detail, balanced by the artist's ineffable bleeps and bass. Cromie’s once recognizable stabs breathe new life during the tracks second half - abruptly moving throughout its interior, leaving listeners with a lasting impression long after its conclusion.

U.S.-based label Cydana Sounds returns to the fold, in a major re-launch for the small creative project of Oregon artist Cendryma; with the release "Connecting Dots / Minicube."

Written by Russian artist Dmitry Medvedev aka Dimas Mixon and American rising star Cendryma, "Connecting Dots / Minicube" is a glorious two tracker, featuring smooth synths, warm melodies and oodles of groove. Opening proceeding is "Connecting Dots," a melodic romp through the stylings of Dimas Mixon, while the rumbling, undulating bassline is the familiar characteristic of Cendryma's productions.

"Minicube" is a more subdued affair, preferring to lay back on the bassline while the high end percussion drives forward the track. The breakdown is a dark, filtered cascade that leads into a subtle, but powerful drop.

Joining forces for the debut release of the re-launched Cydana Sounds, this is Dimas Mixon & Cendryma with "Connecting Dots / Minicube."

One more TB303 based track. Something between
Acid-house and Deep-house.
The original recording dates back to 1995. The bass line
has been recently remade using the real TB303, because
at that time Robotnick used to play mostly digital gear.
2 - Submarine (130 bpm)
It's a kind of Ambient Break-beat. It was originally
composed for a soundtrack in the early 90s. Robotnick
had no9thing but the midi file. All the sounds were
produced last year.
3 - Disco Acha (128 bpm)
This track is quite recent as it dates back to 2008. It
represents Robotnick's renewed interest in Disco music.
Philadelphia strings give "disco flavour" to an electro-bass
groove. The title means nothing . It's a kind of " exercise in
style" but may turn useful for clubs.
4 - Minore Terzo (Electric Prince rmx) 128 bpm
Producers Lia Organa and Electric Prince met in 2006 in
a recording studio. Their passion for music and their
similar influences and style brought them together to
create the project Lia Organa & Electric Prince (LOEP).
Since then they have been producing music together.
