I Fratelli Farfalli - Ponyhof 2021

When the fabulous @moynmusik crew invited me to play at Plan:et C, I did not hesitate to say "HELL YES!". I was running my own little festival on the same weekend, but I could not resist - so I delegated all tasks for the day and made my way to Lärz. 
Playing an early slot, I started with some slow tunes. Quite fast it got crowded, so I took pace up, evolving the set into a hi-nrg disco set with a pinch of rave classics. Pure joy spread all over the dancers. Hands-Up moments. All the smiles and ecstatic dance moves - hell, this was a whole lot of fun!!!
Esp. after the last 1.5 years, we need more happy music - and I promise: I will not stop hunting for the most energetic records, so we will never ever have to stop dancing our asses off again!
Oh... and how could I not end this very special set with "Marlena Shaw - Touch me in the morning"? ;)

▌I Wie bist du zur Musik / zum auflegen gekommen?
Musik hat mich vom Kindesalter an geprägt. Mein Vater war/ist Musiker in einer Ostrock Band und meine Mutter war Tänzerin. Wir hatten zu Hause einen Plattenspieler, der ständig in Betrieb war. Hits von "Earth, Wind and Fire" oder "Michael Jackson" gehörten zur Tagesordnung. Als ich dann anfing die Berliner Clubszene kennenzulernen, wurde mir ganz schnell klar, dass ich selber auflegen möchte. Eine eigene Dynamik für die Crowd zu schaffen und Musik zu spielen, die ich liebe, war ein Traum für mich. Und somit kaufte ich meinen ersten Traktor Controler, welcher nach ein paar Jahren gegen CDJ´s und Plattenspieler ausgetauscht wurde. 

▌II Was trinkst du beim Auflegen im Club?
Sekt auf Eis.

▌III Wie würdest du deinen Stil selbst beschreiben?
In meinen DJ Sets vereine ich verschiedene Elemente aus klassischem Disco, Italo, NuDisco und Wave.

El productor argentino Cosmosolar regresa a Espacio CIELO con El Rarito, un lanzamiento que incluye dos originales y reworks de CYCLE y Calystarr—material pensado para la pista con pegada indie-dance y filo dark-disco. La fecha de salida es el 10 de septiembre de 2025. 

En su relectura, CYCLE tuerce la geometría del tema hacia un terreno más musculoso: bombos secos, bajos de goma que respiran entre compases y una línea de sintes que serpentea con tensión pop-noir. In the early 2000s Alex fell in love with the power and the spirit of house and disco. A love that has not changed ever since. Paired with a decent rave attitude, Alex aims to create a dance floor where every dancer feels at home. 
A sound best describes as Power Disco: a multifaceted crossover blending all shades of House and Disco – from A like Acid House to Hi-NRG (lots of it) or Italo, all the way to Z as in Zouk – coupled with a good dose of Rave Classics.  It's vibrant and unconventional. A bold musical statement with an absolute focus on the dance floor. Music selected and crafted for all the dancers among us.
