When koen.fm (@koenmulder) reached out to us a couple of weeks ago with the recording of his set during our Sound Session at De School, we immediately knew that it would be a special one. 

Koen's very unique collection of sounds has been inspiring us over the past years, and deserves an exceptional step aside of our Polychrome Radio series.

Chicago's Tone B drops by with a magic box of 45s from his personal collection for a 1 hour broadcast. Expect a mix of unheard gospel, disco and African songs, very well put together. 

Anthony Fields aka Tone B. Nimble, has been collecting records for over 30 years. He started in the mid-1980’s as a DJ spinning House, Disco, and Italo in Chicago’s underground scene, and he is famous for making disco edits together with  Al Bumz under the Al Tone alias. We can only imagine the amazing collection he's build. 

This is the sixth recording in a series of (themed) Rush Hour in-store broadcasts, recorded on March 21th, 2018. After a live broadcast to Facebook, the music lands on Soundcloud for playback.
