Alongside myself, we had a full day of LA's most beautiful DJs on duty — Secret Circuit, Dirty Dave, Heidi Lawden and the Mount Analog staff themselves. Memories of an abandoned playground behind DkA's colourful and complete face speak of a long lost childhood, impossible to return to. John Paul Fauves chose this for the cover artwork as an expression of liberation, knowing we move on to a better energy through the cycle of life. 

The joy and pain of growing up, maturing and near death experiences are all here, described in four captivating tracks that Antoine wrote during difficult phases of his life. 

This collection of psychoactive tracks is released with a desire to plant a seed in your mind and renew hope that might have been lost along the way.

I didn’t upload any of my productions over the past 1,5 years, but I have been making music more than ever. 
I didn’t upload any of those tracks yet because my personal expectations became much higher. When I work on sets it takes me months of collecting and arranging all those carefully chosen tracks. When I work on my productions, I really go into detail and spend months perfecting the production, arrangement and mix... because I really want to tell a story with my music! I can’t wait to be done with my studies and solely focus on my music. Until then my output will be rare, that I’m sure of. 

But the day has come: I am finally uploading a new track of mine. A reinterpretation of Ludovico Einaudi’s “Una Mattina”. I took me quite a while to finish it, I even had it mastered two times, but now I just have to upload it to give you a glimpse of what I’ve been doing and how I’ve evolved over the past months (and to not go totally crazy while remixing and rearranging it another thousand times). 
And let me tell you one more thing... the best is yet to come! 😊

Una Mattina (Fabian Krooss Reinterpretation) - Ludovico Einaudi

Carlos & DJ Ray are some of the youngest producers to step into the Lucidflow fold and draw much of their style from a wide variety of musical genres including Jazz, Funk and even Samba.   After setting up Lucidflow with Nadja Lind to express their musical creations Helmut Ebritsch has led by example using his own name as well as his Hatikvah and Klartraum guises. Helmut’s musical journey began when he started producing music on a c-64. After putting out his first EP in 1996 his releases have blossomed and Helmut has recently signed a album deal with Soma.   Carlos Sanchez’ & DJ Ray ‘Last Call’ is a cymbal shuffling low end groover. With a tight vocal sample flittering in and as the track climbs with the aid of a synth to leave a devastating low end growling at you.   Last Call is then given the remix treatment by label boss and B side artist Helmut Ebritsch. The whole groove has been given a more pumping feel with a heavier kick drum, sharper snare and the cymbals have a slightly straighter feel. The dominant roaring bass has also been lifted and coupled with the drop out of various elements creates more peaks.   Helmut Ebritsch’s Palmcove is next in line. This is a eerie workout out that is driven forward by a bass line that is relentless and rolling.

Adam Husa: The first sample was recorded at a festival I was playing at in Toronto last summer, called Camp Summerdaze. I had just finished driving 8 hours from Montreal with my good friends and the car ride was an intense meeting about the events we were doing back in Montreal. Exhausted from the nonstop discussions we had, I was worried my brain was too tired and I would have not been able to give my full potential to the set I was going to play that same night. (...)
