Jamie Jones launched the Hot Creations label back in 2010 with 'Ruckus'. Now Jamie makes his long awaited return to Hot Creations with 'Planets, Spaceships', a four-track EP set for vinyl release on 18th November 2013.

These tracks have been Jamie's secret battle weapons all summer. Tapping into a dark sider but with that distinctive Jamie Jones melody and drive that are a signature feature of his DJ sets. Title track 'Planets, Spaceships' features vocalist Daniela Caldellas from Digitaria, who has an album planned for Hot Creations in the new year, whilst 'Cookie Monster', 'Starp Trek' and 'Stick' take things even deeper with vocal snatches and crisp claps.

Highlighting his avant-garde style and showcasing exactly why he is recognised as one of the leading figures in the rebirth of house music, 'Planets, Spaceships' further cements Jamie's place in the dance music hall of fame.

During the recording, I was sorting the CD collection that we kept in the vocal room. The CD collection was SORTED and we had a tune.

AUS Music follow up another solid year of releases that included both EPs and albums from their ever-expanding family with their first of 2015 - another offering from Berlin based Youandewan.

Consistently modest in his ascent, Youandewan has steadily built his reputation behind releases on Secretsundaze, Hypercolour and Simple Records as well his release on AUS back in June of 2014. Leaving his astute skills to do the talking, he presents his ‘Spiral Arms’ EP - a sophisticated meld of deep pads, flecks of acid and no-nonsense House grooves backed up by a remix from Marquis Hawkes.

The Dixon Avenue Basement Jams affiliate, Marquis Hawkes then follows up his work on Houndstooth and Créme Organisation with a rattling 90’s revision of Fool Be Cool - stout percussion and circling vocal cuts build a mood that’s sure to get the shutters open as AUS start the year off right

it‘s finally out! after waiting more than two years we see the long awaited re-release of one of the most wanted records of the last years: c-rock‘s „funky dope trakk“.
originally released on the german label „urban flow“ by dj see-base this one got early support by opinion leaders like hans nieswandt and was hyped big time in spex magazine way back in the 90s! in fact it turned out to be one of ricardo‘s and raresh‘s secret weapons over the last years and the public demand to repress the dope trakk simply got to big for us to hold it back any longer. 

now with fresh remix-treatment by friend and supporter boris werner from amsterdam and cocoon-buddy sascha dive. of course the originator himself contributed a remix by himself - so daft punk are not the only ones to remix themselves these days ;)

and of course with a special remaster of the original that brought up the raw and manic flavour even more... this is solid!

pure oldskool and contemporary state of the art at the same time... this is something to get hold of before it will be sold - again!
