"Presence" is the 6th single of the series to be released every month until the end of this year, featuring the photos of the talented Latvian photographer and TV personality Kristine Garklāva.
With this contemplative piano piece I want to encourage present-moment awareness, that may help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
By taking time to embrace and reflect on your appreciation for aspects of your life, you’re also paying more attention to them. And in the present we can affect change.
