Alex Efe (aka Ethnic) began his connection with music starts at a young age influenced by bands like Pink Floyd, Depeche Mode, Camouflage, OMD, among others. , And that led to internalize the dance genre.With over 10 years of experience, ventured into Montevideana dance scene, playing in various clubs cutting edge at the time with the pseudonym ETHNIC.Since 2005, it begins to appear as ALEX EFE, although residing in the same year with Federico Guist, hence over his career has led him to participate in various international radio stations and major environmental events as OPEN PARK 

(2008 - 2009), URBAN FM, nerd RADIO, LOVE, KEY, RADIO COOLMUSIC (Es), CREATIVE RADIO (Arg), LIGHTWAVE, Belavita HEAD DESIGN ANNIVERSARY, SOHO (PTA EAST), Deepgroove RADIO (Uk), FITZ THE BAR (BS.AS-Arg.) , among others.Since 2011 a resident in THE SHANNON IRISH PUB & Clubbing - LIGHTWAVE RADIO (Gr), also present their first EP, together with Paul VALDEZ (Paul VM), Uruguayan seal dare SURBEATS RECORDS.

Lost Paradise is a spaced out techno cut with astral synths dancing on rubbery drums. It is melodic, prog, and epic in all the right ways. Lunar Plane remixes it into something more prickly and bouncy, with slick synth stabs and plenty of cosmic vibes getting you on your feet. Dickicht then closes out the EP in dark fashion with rumbling bass and icy hi hats, spine word mutterings and a sense of drama that leaves a lasting impact.

Alex Efe is a Uruguayan DJ and music producer based in Montevideo, passionate and dedicated to the constant progress and evolution of electronic music, focusing on the House genre and its variations.

Deeply influenced by Global Underground through the work of renowned artists such as Sasha, Nick Warren, and Digweed, among others, his innate curiosity and restlessness as a self-taught musician—always exploring new formats, sounds, textures, and musical techniques—has led him throughout his life on a personal journey of self-discovery, healing, and evolution.

His music has received support from various artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Weird Sounding Dude, Simply City, Marcelo Vasami, DJ Rudy, Cream, Mayro, and Ricky Ryan. He has released tracks on labels including Electronic Groove Records, Lake Underground, Starlight Group, Future Avenue, AH Digital, and OneDotSixTwo. This has driven his regional expansion with performances in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Brazil—one of his main goals being to share his musical expression worldwide.

Since 2011, he has led the Clubbing Mvd project alongside Diego Berrondo as well as Progressive House Uruguay, organizing events in his home country while promoting and inspiring new talent.
