Founded in 2020 Future Avenue is an electronic music imprint which operates under the Sound Avenue umbrella. Sitting alongside fellow subdivisions 3rd Avenue and Crossfade Sounds, Future Avenue looks to provide a home for new and rising talent. With an ethos centred around progressive music and its surrounding derivatives, the label is a platform which gives up and coming artists a chance to showcase their music alongside established veterans as they carve out their own musical identity.

Biografía  

 

Rocio Laurenza, Dj oriunda de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Criada en un hogar de músicos, donde desde temprana edad fue inculcada sobre diversos géneros musicales, busca en cada dj set transmitir una atmósfera única,  con la expectativa de crear una sinergia con el público, presentando una selección musical contundente y versátil. 

 

En el año 2015 estudió en Escuela Sonica, y a partir de ese entonces se ha presentado en diversos eventos de música electrónica en Buenos Aires. 

Influenciada por Djs como John Digweed, Guy J, Lee Burridge y Hernan Cattaneo en sus sesiones convergen sonidos de diversos géneros, como el Progressive House, Deep House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, entre otros.

 

 

En la actualidad, además de estar desarrollándose como DJ,  está formándose como productora, trabajando en sus propios sonidos, con el objetivo de forjar su  impronta dentro de la escena.

Alex Efe is a Uruguayan DJ and music producer based in Montevideo, passionate and dedicated to the constant progress and evolution of electronic music, focusing on the House genre and its variations.

Deeply influenced by Global Underground through the work of renowned artists such as Sasha, Nick Warren, and Digweed, among others, his innate curiosity and restlessness as a self-taught musician—always exploring new formats, sounds, textures, and musical techniques—has led him throughout his life on a personal journey of self-discovery, healing, and evolution.

His music has received support from various artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Weird Sounding Dude, Simply City, Marcelo Vasami, DJ Rudy, Cream, Mayro, and Ricky Ryan. He has released tracks on labels including Electronic Groove Records, Lake Underground, Starlight Group, Future Avenue, AH Digital, and OneDotSixTwo. This has driven his regional expansion with performances in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Brazil—one of his main goals being to share his musical expression worldwide.

Since 2011, he has led the Clubbing Mvd project alongside Diego Berrondo as well as Progressive House Uruguay, organizing events in his home country while promoting and inspiring new talent.
