I plunged into your atmosphere and it's great

Surfing for me is the ultimate type of meditation. Bobbing around on my surfboard carefully studying the swell on the horizon, waiting for The Wave to ride. To be in the moment and to focus requires no effort at all, the mind is calm and completely present, there is no future, no past, no disturbing thoughts. I completely loose the concept of time. 

After spending five weeks in a small fishing village (La Caleta) in Tenerife, with a surfboard, my loved ones and no wifi in the house I feel completely rejuvenated and present. Here is Meditape Volume 4 to celebrate the slow come back to the civilizations.
