On Polari 019 , Cormac welcomes Jordan Nocturne to his imprint Polari: Dolly EP Drops Digitally on October 27th. The iconic imprint is set to unleash a three-track playful force.

“I first encountered Cormac about 15 years ago when I was a resident at an after-hours queer party called Yello and he was a regular guest. Many years later we bonded over high energy house and disco. I thought it was a nice touch to pay homage to those times, and there's another tip of the hat to Belfast party starters Ponyhawke who have carried the mantle for diverse and inclusive dancefloors in Belfast here in 2023.  The lead track is a collaboration with a Ukrainian artist, Ready in LED and it had Polari written all over it. Olya is a superstar and I’m very excited to be working with her.”

Ready in LED who has recently released on Polari herself, has made a stellar contribution to Jordan‘s forthcoming EP, she lends her extraordinary vocal prowess to the opening track, "Over & Over," infusing it with captivating strength. Far from Sweely's original minimal-acid-house signature, I have worked on some italo-trance-rave hybrid, and, as you may have noticed, subtlety has never been my forte.
I've been influenced a lot by the great Kendal (among others), but also early Trance from the 90's which has been my 'guilty pleasure' lately. See for yourself!

Très loin de l'aspect minimal acid house de l'original, j'ai opté pour un hybride italo-trance-rave (appelez cette chimère comme vous le voulez) et comme vous l'aurez remarqué, je ne fais pas dans la dentelle ou la subtilité. 
Quant à mes influences, on peut citer le génial @kendal3000 (entre autres) ou encore la trance des années 'nonante' qui est dernièrement mon guilty pleasure. Jugez par vous même.

Love & Danger in Paradise is an amalgamation of ZF's cultural fascinations. Inspired by likes of Vice City, Drive and Giorgio Moroder, for our annual themed compilation project, we sought out artists that create and craft neo-nostalgic sounds.

A retro musical direction drove the selection process, pulling tracks from italo-disco and indie dance genres. Each of the twelve hand-picked artists added a distinctive sonic uniqueness to the album. Cosmic, groovy and melodic club-ready works, all designed to timewarp the aural sense.

This curated collection musters up visions of midnight road trips, neon-lit city wanderings and dark disco discotheques, because in reality - what hath night to do with sleep?

People haven't even had a chance to realise that 2021 will be just as weird for the first 6 months and Frankfurt transplant Stefan Haag better known as Chinaski and professional youngster Philipp Lauer already crossed their beams to shed some light into corona-tristesse. City Galerie is a tribute to a mall in the north bavarian town of Aschaffenburg, where Lauer bought his first LPs . Straight up brutalo futuristic architecture. Artwork comes in courtesy of living legend Michael Satter.
