Dear all,
Christmas is the time of the year where everybody steps back a little bit, thinks about what’s important in life and gives away some nice gifts for the people who are important for him or her. 
I do what I can do best  - Music - and give you my Christmas in Bed- Mix of 2015, I started this little tradition last Year and hopefully it will last for longtime.
Words cannot describe how thankful i am for everything i can experience - so I let the music play instead of talking more.

Hot on the heels of the A-Sides Volume 5 compilation, Enrico Sangiuliano makes his return to Drumcode with his highly anticipated EP ‘Moon Rocks’. The heavy hitting four track EP shines a light on Sangiuliano’s tight, thundering production skills. The hoover heavy lead track ‘Moon Rocks’ is packed with booming percussion, intricate synths and brooding crescendos. The EP encapsulates Sangiuliano’s wide spectrum of sounds ranging from the fat bass line of ‘Moon Rocks’ to the more delicate harmonies shown within the ‘Dutch Kiss’ mixes whilst ‘Ghettoblaster’ sits somewhere in between.

What better time for an enchanting, smile-inducing end of summer treat from John Digweed’s Bedrock label? Two of Lebanon’s finest and most influential DJ/Producers have joined forces to create the deeply delicious ‘Bring It Back’, and the label has enlisted OC & Verde to create a distinctive big-room powerhouse remix to complete this excellent package.

Elias Merheb aka 3LIAS, perhaps best known as legendary resident at Beirut’s iconic B018 club, has found a creative soul brother in Ali Ajami, whose is currently a resident at überhaus (The Gärten), the city’s most exciting venue right now and recently featured here: http://mixmag.net/feature/the-belly-of-the-beast-clubbing-in-beirut. By channelling their unlimited combined creativity, ‘Bring It Back’ exhibits a highly accomplished musical vibe and live-jam attitude. This is hip-swinging, groove-tastic house music at its finest, strutting proudly in all its funked-up magnificence. Good times most certainly lie ahead for 3LIAS and Ali Ajami.

Beefing things up with a booming bottom end and upping the energy quotient significantly, Manchester’s OC & Verde (aka Ben O’Connor & Jon Verde) boldly take ‘Bring It Back’ into big room territory, spicing things up further with a monstrous drop to create a potential dancefloor destroyer for many months to come. This duo are hot property right now, regularly gaining support from key tastemakers such as John Digweed, Sasha, Steve Lawler, Solomun and Kolsch. Drumcode continues its commitment to releasing the scene’s most cutting-edge techno. With releases this year already from Adam Beyer, Pig&Dan, Alan Fitzpatrick, Dense & Pika and Julian Jeweil, this July see’s the return of Enrico Sangiuliano with ‘Astral Projection’.

After his remix of Moby’s of ‘Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad’ back in November last year, Enrico sought creative inspiration from his travels, transcending that into his productions and long studio sessions during the winter months. The result brings a mind and body melting release from the Italian producer.

The title track ‘Astral Projection’ is a captivating, big room techno masterpiece. Deep reverberations punch alongside a sinisterly crisp percussive drive. Launching into a groove laden synth modulation of low end textures, it breaks down into an ethereal amalgamation of pads and synths before the vocal launches, taking this track to another level.

‘Blooming Era’ has destructive dancefloor intent. There is no holding back with the low end synth modulation which Enrico has mastered to perfection. A tightly woven percussive flare moulds flawlessly with the rolling oscillations of the beast of this track.

If you have seen label head honcho Adam Beyer playing anywhere on the globe in the last 5 months, this has been a peak time favourite. Road-tested to the max, and with much success.

The new Intec release from Avision is the techno alias of Anthony Cardinale, who under his birth name has featured on labels such as Toolroom and Suara. Focused towards a harder techno sound, Avision tracks have been released on Victor Calderones Matter, Mark Brooms BeardMan plus Sians Octopus. Picking up support by taste making DJs like Nicole Moudaber, Pig&Dan, Carlo Lio, Kaiserdisco, and of course Carl Cox. Based in America, Anthony Cardinale is a popular DJ in his hometown New York. Currently living in New Jersey, he has also played other American cities including Denver and Las Vegas. 

"Mind Of The Man - Intro" begins with an ambient start that progressively builds until the kick drum is unleashed to lead the track. Combining gentle synths and solid percussion this intricate slice of techno is the perfect EP opener. Lifting things up a gear, the second track "Mind Of The Man - Outro" has liquid background textures like waves laping against the shore, whilst the hypnotic lead synths build with intensity. Finishing with a descent into ambience, this is the perfect outro tool for any techno set. Third on the release is "Choppin" which used an electric vocal sample to create the core of it's rolling groove. Loopy techno with fluttering hi-hats and expert programming, this jackin' track is similar to the work of seminal artists such as Truncate and Psyk. Finishing things off, "The Other Things" has a high energy clap rhythms that combined with fast flowing hi-hats, provide the tracks driving force. Heads down techno at its best, it's dancefloor focused ferocity takes no prisoners.

Being involved in dance music since the late 90's, Alex Pana aka Alexisphere got serious with the progressive scene in 2000. As a result of his growing popularity as "track picker" he started justmusicevents and had an opening event with his favorite producer GUY J. He has  been performing on events in Netherlands and Greece.  Finally, in 2014 he started a new label called JustMovement, being an affiliate label  of Movement Recordings. In 2016, a collaboration has started with The recycle lounge gallery club in Amsterdam.  In April the labelshowcase featured Pole Folder (B), in May Roger Martinez (NL) and followed by D Molosh (BLR) and A Hevia (Chi). ADE showcases in 2016.2017 and 18. The last one at Club NL.
Finally, he is hosting  Just Movement's Radioshow each month on ProtonRadio.
