1995 - Trance All Over The World

Sixth in a series of mixes that charts the evolution of trance, from it's roots in the early 90s to the world domination of the turn of the century. This one takes in the sound of 1995 as trance becomes truly international.  In the USA BT focuses on the progressive sound, Robert Miles in Italy creates a dreamy new take on trance with 'Children', and in the UK Simon Berry's Platipus Records pushes it's squelchy tech trance.  Paul Oakenfold continues to take the trance sound to mainstream dancefloors with his Perfecto Records label.

Official CD compilation series of the Dutch party "Trance Energy".
Since 1999, this Trance-only party was held twice a year in various locations (Beursgebouw Eindhoven, Thialf Heerenveen, Jaarbeurs Utrecht) then once a year at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht starting 2003.
In September 2010, ID&T announced that the event will be renamed as "Energy" only, dropping the term "Trance" from the event name, supposedly as a result of its declining fame or even the Trance "mainstreamization", and extortionate DJ/Artist Agency Fees. The last event - the 20th one - was held on March 2, 2013 at Ziggo Dome Amsterdam.

Create 003 (Classics 1994 - 2004)

Most of you already know that I celebrated my 20th year as a DJ last year and to celebrate this milestone in my career, I played a few very exclusive #TWENTY DJ sets around the world. These sets consisted of some of my absolute favourite tracks that i've either danced my ass off to in a club, or played out as a DJ. I promised you all last year that I was going to record a series of mixes as well, so after a long LONG time of sourcing the music, editing it all and putting it into some kind of order, here is Volume 1 that covers the time period of 1989 - 1992...better late than never eh!! 99.9% of the music has been taken from CD's (or bought online as WAV's/MP3's) to make it the best possible sound recording that I could get, I think there are only 2 vinyl rips on here. I've also listed the year beside each track to let you see when it was released. I hope you enjoy it guys, there will be more to come - cheeeeeers!!  :)
