Hailing from the North West UK, Ger Zinio has been a staple in the electronic music scene since 1992. Inspired by the high-energy mixing of icons like Carl Cox and Jeremy Healy, Ger began his journey in the early rave and house scenes. By the mid-90s, his style had shifted to darker, more progressive sounds, shaped by influences such as Nick Warren, Anthony Pappa, Sasha, and John Digweed.

In 1999, Ger relocated to Dublin, Ireland, diving into a vibrant club scene. He became a fixture at renowned venues, including the iconic Temple Theatre, Ormonde Dublin, and the GPO in Galway. His presence earned him weekly and monthly residencies on prominent platforms such as Radio4by4 and Progressive Heaven, where he shared his evolving sound with dedicated listeners.

Today, Ger’s mixes are celebrated across the global progressive house community, with recent features on the Progressive House Classics blog. His popular podcast, Purple Haze Sessions, airs regularly on a lineup of respected internet radio stations, including Subcode, Super Progressive, KDK DJ's, Progressive House UK, Sonar Bliss Radio Belfast, RTE PULSE's Back 2 Basics, Mixpub Radio, Inferno Radio, Chicago Youth Radio, So What! Radio, ODH Radio, and Report2Dancefloor. Known for curating deep, dark progressive house, techno, and nostalgic old-school vibes, Ger Zinio continues to captivate audiences worldwide, staying true to the roots of classic progressive sounds while pushing forward with fresh, emotive vibes.

This is a Drum & Bass 101 history mix, featuring 101 tracks featuring all the different styles D&B has to offer. This was a very technical mix fully utilizing 4 CDJ 3000’s while focusing on having everything mixed in key while taking the listener on a historic journey. Goal here was to give listeners a fun history mix showcasing on a great deal of the classics and where this culture came from while keeping the mix fun with tons of energy. As usual a huge helping of dubs, more than 30 in this one! This mix was made using 4 CDJ 3000's & a Pioneer V10 mixer, which was plugged into a Tascam to record. The mix was mastered by Funtcase. The mix has a total running time of 1 hour, 31 minutes & 39 seconds. This mix was made on May 9th 2025 and was the first guest mix featured on the "Breakdown with MC Dino & Fury on Impact Radio". Orbyte discovered electronic music back in 2018, admiring big names such as Armin van Buuren, Hardwell and David Guetta. Back then he started playing the decks before his friends, and a year later his very first time before the public!

Orignating from the area of Utrecht, the Netherlands, Orbyte dedicated his sets to the sounds of trance, as he enjoyed classical euphoric music as a kid. From small closed events then, he kept going with his passion for music, creating mixes over and over. It has resulted in his Signature compilation mixes where he celebrates his birthday with in a different theme every year. In 2024 he started his radio show called The Multiverse of Music, where he showcases his musical library, invites guests for a mix and shares his inspirations. In that same year he also discovered the love for techno.
