dj gio Jack_son in the 90s buys the technics 1210 mk2 turntables and a pioneer djm 500 mixer, from that moment inspired by his musical passion that varies, from Jazz music to Minimal Techno, with nuances of Progressive Rock, he plays in various clubs in Sardinia, his homeland. In the 2000s with the arrival of digital he stops performing in public, always keeping his 1210 in operation until today. As the years go by he rediscovers his passion for music and decides to get involved and produce his own music, finding after twenty years a way of ideas to realize matured over time.

Interested and in tune with many diverse forms of music, no matter the genre. His passion is for Funk and Groove built on a solid foundation bassline with a sprinkle of our synthedelic and/or Punk & an air of psychedelic electro with a shamanic voodoo vibe. He grew up with the music of many influence from Synth, Nu Wave,Punk, Indie and early Dance culture, key stand outs thou Chicago House and Detroit Techno. A huge shout out to my mentor and great friend Paul who inspired and enlightened me since late 80's the magic and importance of electronic music; thank you Paul. After arriving in NewYork in the early 90's after graduation in Architectural Graphic design, cutting his teeth in A multi culture with many influences. This vibe influenced his sense of rhythm and energy which is felt in his selection and passion for good Music. Having a broad but particular range which has something else within a very provocative and unique sound moving with eternal yet an earthy journey. Buying 12" from the initial providers such as Submerge Detriot. Worked in the Music business for many years with BPM records as a buyer of all Electronic/House/Techno with a major focus on these genres and 12" Vinyl as a media. 

Playing DJ gigs in Ireland, UK, Europe in the early days having a few regular and Irregular slots ultimately a residency at South Club Tramore. 
GBN is always drawn to the evolution of Music in its many forms and keeps the freshness and energy alive as it moves into the 21st Century.
