YARA is an indie rock band from Charlotte, NC that formed in 2012 when Jameilyara Moore reached out to brothers Joseph and Daniel Quisol to turn her original acoustic music into something bigger. Bassists Sharad Wertheimer and Evan Zemaitis and percussionist Walker Smith were soon added to the mix and now the band performs Moore's original songs as well as new tunes created together.

John Russell is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist that makes indie electronic synth-pop.  Eliciting the spacey and psychedelic sounds of artists like Toro y Moi, Washed Out and Tame Impala, John combines enveloping synth and guitar riffs while nodding to more electronic and pop influences.
