George Vougioukas made his first appearances on Baroque with KOI-961 & Exit 82, featured on our Chilled Structures collections. Both were massive hits, breaking the top 20 at Beatport & hitting the top 10 Billboard chart!

Fast forward a year, and a name change to TOKKOI, and we are both proud & excited to present his first artist album.

George decided to record a lot of the instruments like the drums and guitars live, and the sound quality really shines through. There are also a number of vocalists
featured on the album, not only from his native Greece but also co-operations from the Philippines, Germany, Ireland, the UK and Mexico, giving the album a truly global vibe.

From chilled ambience & beautiful soundscapes, through vocal folk & electronica journeys and onto deeper house sounds, including remixes and collaborations with Jon Silva, Alex Villanueva, Sahpe & Owsey.

We really can’t overstate the quality of this album, or how lucky we feel to be able to present it to the world on Baroque! Sit back & take in Custom Made World.

When people ask me what is Burning Man, the most truthful thing I can say is that it's a magical place that has held a special place in my heart for a long time.  It may not be for everyone but I tell you one thing, it has rejuvenated my life and made me a better person as well as many others.  I feel the love from every human that has been in this place I have come to call 'home'.  It's made me more creative with my music, more caring and to sum it up, Burning Man is capable of changing the whole world's attitude and making it a better place to live. When I look around me in the playa, all I see are people from all over the world, sharing, caring and loving one another. Why can't we apply this to the world?
 
At the same time, it gives me great pleasure to share my music each year with the Robot Heart family.  These sets are very special and truly come from a place in my heart that it's hard to describe in words.  It's a gift to each and every one of you.  It's an honor to play on the Robot Heart bus each year and I hope you enjoy and feel what I am going through in this set.

Burning Man 2015 - David Hasert @ White Ocean

The second incarnation of the Dr. Brainlove Mutant Vehicle is a beast, with completely upgraded everything from lights to front to spine to DJ booth. I played on Friday night for an epic 2h40m (though only 2h15m of that made the recording).

I treated this set more as a "best of" and it was also an unplanned set, playing what felt right for the moment and how the crowd responded. Those of you who've listened to my sets will recognize almost everything here, but it's everything all rolled up into a giant set. Enjoy!
