Crunch, Crunch…Crunch, Crunch…. What’s that on the roof? Is it a burglar or a vagrant? A vacuum salesman or a Sasquatch? I think it’s safe to say that here at Mad Decent we caught the christmas spirit hard this year.  We  went all out and had our biggest tunes remixed by the artists themselves xmas-style for your pleasure.  Laid out here are some serious  xmas re-imaginings from Diplo, DJ Snake, Gent & Jawns, Juyen Sebulba, Astronomar and Kennedy Jones.  Also on the original side of thing, Vjuan Allure gives us a vogued out reindeer stomper with “RUDE OFF 2013” and Mitch Murder unleashes a fireside roasted chestnut R&B ballad with help from Santell.

One of the first times I heard a proper techno set was over ten years ago with Ricardo Villalobos and Raresh playing in Europe. Since then, these two similar looking and acting maestros have been my all-time favorite dj's and producers. When I found out I would get to open for Raresh and Praslea, at my hometown hangout Output, I was excited like a little boy. The two delivered just as expected and inspired the crowd by playing 3 parties back to back, for over 20+ hours. My set at Output was originally supposed to go until 1230 but as fate would have it, I ended up playing until 2. Mostly vinyl, with a healthy mixture between import and local tracks. Enjoy!
