Music written by Bruno Bertrand pre-2020, original instrumental demo recorded during the pandemic "Lockdown Sessions". Lyrics and basic melody written by Mark Bullock later in the year. Melody further developed by Emeline Gouban, and first performed with Emeline on vocals in 2022.

This mix is a hybrid of a live recording from 2023 (sax, drums and guitar taken directly from the mixing desk) and studio recordings from 2023/2024 (keys, bass and vocals).

The sax lines and performance are all by our old friend Tim Morisset.

Rough and not-yet-ready crew
Who called ourselves a band

Paris streets in late September
And times I still remember
Playing through the night
Trading riffs and sharing stories
Writing songs and dreams of glory
Till dawn's early light
