Hace mil años tuve la fortuna de estar en el crucero cuando se juntaron una bibliotecaria de espíritu indomable, un establo de caballos millonarios y un barco lo cual llegó a Kentucky desde La Habana. Con esta fortuna luego se agregaron tormentas que vinieron con todo desde las pampas argentinas. Así fue como me encontré con una mujer de alma y voz inagotable y con una iluminación profunda que va derramándose desde adentro para afuera. Aquí dejo una pequeña fracción, la única grabación de esta bendecida colaboración de hace tanto tiempo.
 
One thousand years ago I had the good fortune of being at the crossroads when a librarian of untamable spirit, a stable full of million dollar horses and a boat that made its way from La Habana to Kentucky. Added to the mix came forceful storms from the Argentine pampas. That’s how I found myself accompanying a woman of inexhaustible soul and voice and with an illumination that comes pouring out from within. Here I leave only a fraction, the only recording from this blessed collaboration of so long ago.
