About the Release:
With a deep and melodic sound Alfa Romero Recordings is a label run by the namesake duo Alfa Romero, and the latest release is a four track mixed artist EP showcasing some fresh talent.

Opening the EP is a track from Beck and Rius who are a German duo that turned heads following their debut on the mighty Traum. Prior to making their first official release the pair had released a series of free downloads via platforms like Deep House Amsterdam and this is their second track to go on sale, that has been highly anticipated.

Also on this EP is music from Unstable Son who is making his first ever release on this EP and his exciting debut suggests a big future ahead of the Italian producer.

Half Of Me is another Italian artist and following a remix on Disorder Records, this is his first release featuring original material.

The final track is from American artist Naufer who based in NYC, has previously featured music on imprints including Nosso, Lustbox, Phantom Deck and Future Is Now Records.

The label's previous release picked up support from Nick Warren, John Digweed, Eelke Kleijn, Kyodai, Silicone Soul and SIS amongst many others, and this new release is another release with melody rich synths layered over dancefloor focused percussion.

Beck and Rius’s track "Rocca" kick things off with its thick lead synths playing dramatic chords full off compelling energy and moody atmosphere.

Second is Unstable Son featuring Marvid, which is a little deeper than the first cut. "Radioactive" has a cosmic sound with epic synths forming a backdrop for the haunting male vocals.

Half Of Me’s cut "Climbing The Mirrors" is the third track and its jovial melodies combined with an uplifting vibe add a light and breezy feel to the EP.

Finishing things is Naufer who’s dark and mysterious track "Aldegarr Re-birth" has a stripped back sound with spacious top end and is brought to life with eerie textures and a solid bass foundation.

Riding up top this time, is Alfa Romero’s very own Prudo alongside fellow Italian and much lauded producer Davide Squillace. Their collaborative effort is a combination of what both men do best providing sheer dancefloor fodder with a trunk load of personality. Cuban born American raised singer/songwriter Patrix Duenas brings a sleazy yet soulful vocal performance that adds a real sense of funk to the track. 
Patrick Lindsey takes ‘Sweet Love’ into more heads down territory with his peak-time remix. Firing synths, rapid drum machine beats and thick, deep bass inject the track with near fatal levels of old school energy and momentum. 
The video shows a girl working on a puzzle of herself doing the same puzzle. With the addition of the final piece, she short-circuits her very existence and gets lost in the loop. 
Highly acclaimed improvisational artist Massimo Pasca provides the artwork for the release.

Alfa Romero is the brand new label which the acclaimed duo of the same name will use as a vehicle in which to ride that shared vision. Exploring the landscape of electronic music with an equal measure of artistic freedom and burning passion, Alfa Romero’s journey will set off from directly under the disco ball.

Alfa Romero formed as a DJ / production outfit in 2006 and have since released on the likes of Ministry of Sound, Fabric, Freak n’ Chic, Seperfreq and Supernature. The project has grown organically over the years and now Tuscan artists Prudo and Lorenzo Bartoletti who are behind the driving seat, are expanding the Alfa Romero ethos with a new label of their own.

Merging the traditions of Italian dance music with modern flair, Alfa Romero will foster an individual and charismatic sound, showcasing a roster of electronic music’s leading components.
Distinctly Italian in flavour, the label will deliver fresh club music with added style and charisma. Individually produced videos will accompany each release, every one displaying the many idiosyncrasies that make Alfa Romero the vibrant and original imprint they are. Keeping their approach clear and focused, each release will be made up of simply two tracks; one original and one remix. All crafted with the dancefloor in mind, Alfa Romero will well and truly posses the keys to drive the floor crazy.
