This song is written to encourage Kim Kardashian to get full custody of North West and her other kids from Kanye before they grow up to be Hitler lovers like Kanye and think that Jews are the reason for all the problems in the world; and just like Hitler they grow up seeking a final solution to get rid of the root of all the world's problems (Jews according to Kanye).
North West is definitely going to inherit billions from both parents. That's a lot of power and the world doesn't need people with that kind of power with genocide on their mind. 
Kim would raise North West to care about others, give to charity, and make more money like she (Kim) does. However, Kanye's influence on the child is only going to create a future monster or a very disturbed individual at best just as Kanye is.
