We believe that we all have the right to grieve equal to the same right to be happy.  It’s a crucial part in our growth journey as human beings.

This set is our small contribution in raising awareness about mental illness and advocating to normalize speaking about it without shame or stigma. 

So it is dedicated to those who suffer from mental illness. Who struggle each day in silence with their minds just to survive another day. 

If you are one of those warriors we hope this set can be a tiny expression of what you go through (confusion, doubts, constant worries, anger, paranoia, grief, panic attacks, etc), perhaps it may release some of your repressed feelings and soften others. 

Finally, being mentally ill isn’t your fault, please always remember that.
