Here is a single by Ivan Latyshev - 'We are centered'. One of the tracks from the new Sleeping Gods album, which will be released in 2022. The album will be based on creating certain phases for therapeutic work, meditation, and inner journeys. 'We are centered' is the music about the heart phase, when we can be centered and attentive to ourselves, to whom we really are. It's the music at the junction of modular ambient and live string quartet. Creating a space of three where the electronics symbolize space, the piano the spirit, and the violins the beauty of life and feelings.

When we dance the third eye we intend to have a dance of in-sight so we begin by formulating a question around something in our life that we are seeking more clarity on. As we breathe and dance into the third eye we open into a no-mind state, a silent peaceful place. Our higher intuitive mind can be heard when the mental chatter ceases, so that is why we focus on a no-mind state for the dance.

The focus of the third eye dance is to integrate a deeper aware-ness of the life issues and patterns in all of the chakras. It is a dance of integration rather than purification. It is a dance to open up to the new evolutionary ways of being. We dance to gain clarity and insight, as cultivating the third eye aligns us to divine mind and higher consciousness.

We are shifting out of individuals to the collective .We can no longer sustain the old paradigm . We are together, a force of the feminine that carries love and compassion into this planet and together, we rise through the darkness. This album is about our flowering, our blossoming, our healing and the grace that guides us. Its the ancient voices that have been silenced for centuries. its the wisdom from all over the planet..its the grandmothers wisdom..the album is a prayer, a ceremony.
