ALLPA PURUMA, nació el 6 de abril de 1995 en el conurbano de Buenos Aires.
Es músico, productor y compositor. Su primer acercamiento a la música electronica fue a los 11 años de edad, descubriendo artistas como Chemical Brother, Oliver Huntemann, Cirez D entre otros. Con el correr del tiempo amplió su espectro musical siendo influenciado por bandas como Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin,The doors, Black sabbath, Pink floyd. Encontrando la inspiración en la música psicodélica y motivado por sus amigos, adquirió su primer instrumento musical, el cual le permitiría comenzar una etapa de experimentación de sonidos que aun lleva a cabo. Sin prejuicios y con la necesidad constante de conectarse con la música, emprende un viaje, donde consolida sus beats tocando percusión y otros instrumentos como djembe, didgeridoo, zicus, charango. En su regreso a Argentina vuelve a relacionarse con la música electronica poniendo su foco de atención en el Techno, genero que lo incentivo a tomar clases de producción musical y sin dejar de lado sus instrumentos nativos incorpora las cajas de ritmos y los sintetizadores.

Duplicity 143 | @k-h1

We are super excited to present the 143rd episode from K-H1!

Resident of @resurrection_berlin, @figments - K-H1 is a music project by Berlin-based Sergey Barinov in collaboration with Luke Mombrea. K-H1’s vision is to be boundary-pushing: weaving together pulsating rhythms and striking, tripped-out soundscapes to create a tight, yet distinct techno sound.

His sets mirror his bold production style. Oscillating between dark, vibrant, and cinematic themes underlined by heavy, driving grooves, he invites listeners to embark on a hypnotic journey together.

K-H1’s releases have garnered recognition and support from influential figures, and have graced venues such as Berghain, RSO, Bassiani, and Smolna38. Quickly establishing a unique presence on the techno scene, K-H1 is one to watch.

“Oncidium” is Elata new side podcast series curated by Elata Community and highlighting talents within our scene.
Also known as the "dancing-lady orchid," Oncidium is a flower similar to the Elata one. For us, it will represent the first dance, the first steps, the beginning of a longer dance.

Oncidium 06 | SOTO

VARIA is pleased to present the next episode in its podcast series, featuring Confusion.

Confusion is a producer and resident DJ of Raserei. His dancefloor-oriented sound is defined by highly effective rhythms, minimalist synths, and trippy pads or textures that traverse various tempos and subgenres while maintaining a consistent and immersive energy. Drawing on his roots as a drummer and the evolving landscape of techno over the decades, he also finds inspiration in ambient soundscapes, IDM, and other experimental electronic styles.

Since 2017, Confusion has been shaping the regional techno scene in Mannheim and its surroundings. His trajectory soon expanded to institutional clubs such as Tresor Berlin and RSO. As co-host of a visionary event series at Disco Zwei, he has been instrumental in bringing forward-thinking artists to the local scene. Alongside the club nights, the Raserei residents also launched a record label of the same name, extending their collective vision beyond the region.

In recent years, his artistic focus has expanded toward producing his own stripped-down yet timeless techno. Following his debut release, he put out his first vinyl on the esteemed SK_eleven label, run by Setaoc Mass, as part of the SKX series. His tracks have since gained support from key figures including DVS1, Luke Slater, Rødhåd, Rene Wise, Philippa Pacho, Marrøn, Blue Hour, and Quelza, with plays at iconic venues such as Berghain, KHIDI, Bassiani, Basement, FOLD, and Radion.

This episode continues VARIA’s mission: championing considered electronic expression and lasting artistry.

VARIA 017 - CONFUSION

A relentless force in the underground, Batman has been shaping dancefloors since first stepping behind the decks just at his 16. Rooted in the raw power of Acid Techno. 

His early sets at CROSSED in Szczecin propelled him onto some of Europe’s most iconic stages, from London’s legendary 414 in Brixton to Union in Vauxhall, as well as countless free parties across the UK’s rave underground. Over two decades, his sound has shifted from fierce 303 driven intensity to deep, hypnotic grooves that captivate and transport. 

Along the way, he has shared the booth with scene heavyweights including Sterling Moss, Aaron Liberator, Patrick DSP, Bad Boy Pete, Billy Nasty, Jeff Amadeus and more cementing his reputation as a true torchbearer of the underground spirit.

SL032 | Batman

The next chapter of our hereandthere podcast series comes from Uväll — the Tbilisi-based DJ and producer Irakli Bregvadze, known for his raw, driving sound rooted in deep, muscular rhythms. Always pushing the edge, he has released on labels such as Semantica, Hayes, FLOAT, Canticle, WSNWG, INGUMA, and OECUS, quickly establishing himself as a respected voice within Georgia’s scene.

Beyond his productions, Uväll is also the co-founder — together with Script — of FACTION, a self-organised party series and label created by a new wave of techno DJs and producers. Rooted in sonic exploration and collective momentum, FACTION has become a platform for emerging artists and a reflection of contemporary techno.

Uväll shares a mix recorded during his set at RSO Berlin for the Deestricted club night.
